Fantastic spotlessly clean not to bad for parking although the car park listed on Google Maps was temporarily closed but parking was available on the steer next to the pub and flats (first left next to the shop) 8pm until 8am be careful traffic wardens easy check in/out host Sam was extremely hepatitis the bed was so comfort great nights sleep 🛌 highly recommended I’ll definitely go back 10/10 From me

Location very central

There was an aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the property. The kitchen could have been better equipped, minimal crockery and pans unsuitable for the induction hob so only 1 pan and ring were compatible, so a cooked breakfast was a mission to say the least. Lounge furniture was a little soiled and could do with a clean.

Great value for money. Exactly what we were looking for for two families.

The apartments were in an excellent location just a few hundred metres from the town centre. We had two apartments and both were nicely fitted out and well equipped. Both were nice and clean. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were well presented and equipped with a quality shower and loads of hot water. In close proximity was a convenient shop (Costcutter), a pub and a small café for breakfast. (we didnt try this but it looked ok and was busy on Sunday morning)

Comfortable, perfect location, very nice apartment

accessed property without any difficulty, ideal location. We were offered fresh towels etc part way through our stay which was really good. Didn't need to clean property at the end of our stay, though we did leave it as clean as possible.

Lovely place to stay, very noisy from delivery’s and also been close to the fire station.

The location was great, just a little walk and you’re in town.

Maybe coffee and tea provided especially if you get there on a Sunday and the shops are closed. Also a microwave would have been nice to have. Cleaner floors, my feet were dirty from walking around and that was on the first day. I was on my own and struggled getting my cases you the steep stairs especially around the corners.

Improvements needed

Easy access to Warwick Castle and surrounding areas, good communication on check-in etc, and it was easy to find the apartment. Also, we were allowed to check out later on a Sunday morning, even though we didn’t request it.

We had an OK stay overall, but there were a few things that could be improved for future guests. When we arrived, the flat was extremely warm (28°C according to the thermostat), which made it feel quite uncomfortable at first. We opened the windows and turned on the fans, but they didn’t help much with cooling. Unfortunately, the street outside was quite noisy at night, so sleeping with the windows open was difficult. Additionally, the living room — where some of us had to sleep — didn’t have a curtain on one of the windows, which made it harder to rest properly. Although the flat looked tidy on the surface, we noticed the floors hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, as our socks became dirty very quickly. The kitchen could also benefit from a few basic items such as tea, sugar, and salt — having those small essentials would really enhance the experience. Overall, with a few improvements, this flat could be much more comfortable for guests.

Very comfortable bed and a great shower. Good location - food shop, cafe and pub all on the doorstep, and also a short step away from town centre.

One of the main cleaners was very rude to me and made me feel very unwelcome and uneasy there. We wanted to stay again alot in the future, but she put me off ever going back again. The host was great and so was the asian cleaning lady.

Absolutely nothing! As I travelled for leisure and to have one or two families visit me. More reasons I booked two bedrooms.But I was shocked with the message I received from the host. Which I'm going to copy and paste. Hi , glad you now have access. A message to all guests once check-in has been completed: - Due to the private entrance and access to the building, the hallway is a shared space. We monitor the hallways in line with our safety protocol. We are a family friendly service and pride ourselves in maintaining the upmost security and safety for our guests. As such, the following rules are adhered to by all guests: 1. All deliveries are to be met and collected at the front main door of the building; 2. Visitors, general third parties, or non guests are strictly prohibited from entering the building at any time; 3. This is not a party destination, unless we've been notified before hand and approve, we do not tolerate additional persons being given access to the building under and circumstances; 4. The front door must be closed shut after use at all times; We do have a security patrolling unit on our sites but ask guests to adhere to these policies for your own and other guests’ security. If for any reason - guests allow persons not permitted into the building; it will be questioned and will also run the risk of being asked to leave with your reservation being cancelled without refund. We implemented changes due to an alert by bookings.com about the potential misuse of short stay rooms which came to light in 2022. Since then we've worked closely with our partners to tighten our policies. It's a strict zero tolerance policy that has worked really well with our guests which is evident in our 5* star reviews. Phew! Now thats out of the way.. Please enjoy your stay with us at Marvel Apartments
