Over priced very tired dirty property.

When I left it

It’s in a central location but surrounded by bars late into the early hours. The black furniture looks like they got it in a funeral parlour and the bed leans to one side. You can’t close the blinds so it’s full view into the street. Both external doors have to stay open for fire reasons so no security. Bathroom was dirty and kitchen had food stuffs left by other people in it.

Living room and bedroom were comfy. Kitchen well equipped but no tea or coffee.

No curtains in the bedrooms only blinds so it gets light early. Bathroom felt a little unclean. Check in with a lockbox a little unclear. Photos not accurate- felt like it had been left for some time

Worst stay IV ever had

We liked leaving!

The location is in the centre of the clubbing area which I don't ever realise existed in Leamington spa. There was a huge four storey night club opposite the apartment and a number of bars behind so the apartment vibrated with noise until past 3am. Think 90s club house music, drunken loud voices and huge glass industrial bin bottles being moved. When you walked in the apartment it really smelt foul. The drains were smelly in the morning and it smelt like the carpets and walls needed washing. I nearly vomited when I opened the fridge due to the stench. We were given TV WiFi but couldbg get it to work but there were no lamps so it was either bright light or pitch black! One tiny mirror in bathroom. Didn't sign up for the extras of poop stain in toilet, shower full of black hair, shower head black with mould and the tooth paste holder was trying to walk out! Mold and filth! Pictures lie and show a lovely apartment with breakfast - none of that !

Very poor

Kitchen was ok.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this flat. From the moment we arrived, the steep staircase leading up to the property was dirty and smelt unpleasant, with rubbish and discarded papers scattered on the floor. The flat itself wasn’t much better – the coffee table was dirty and worn, and the sofas clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time, especially under the cushions. While the kitchen was decent, there were several things missing that made the stay uncomfortable: no bedside lamps, no full-length mirror, and the overall atmosphere was far from relaxing. The flat is extremely noisy both front and back – with a pub behind that has a loud outdoor area and a club directly across the street. The smell of food from the restaurant below also lingered in the flat, which was quite off-putting. To top it off, there were out-of-date single-portion milks left in the fridge, which shows a lack of care when preparing the place for guests. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and definitely wouldn’t return.

Fine for 1 night

Getting in was easy, owner was very communicative

We were a group of 4 girls getting ready for a party and there was only a tiny bathroom mirror above the sink, which was rather annoying!
