Great stay in Leamington

Great location for a short weekend away. Great comms from hosts for key pick up and lovely to arrive to complimentary tea/coffee but also milk in the fridge! :-) Additional entertainment provided - watching husband and son work out the light in the living room (it's remote control!) followed by trying to get the induction hob on (we are used to gas!). cutlery etc and having the dishwasher was excellent. There is also a washing machine but we didn't need it as unfortunately the parkrun we had planned to attend in Warwick was cancelled due to icy conditions. The flat is lovely and spacious, and very cosy. Also very quiet - nice thick walls.

Outside parking area could have done with a clean but more because we were worried about bringing mud in on our shoes (very wet February). Other than that nothing we didn't like.

Location was perfect, comfy beds and clean

1 sofa, four adults not very comfortable, tv we could only get 2 channels, more table wear only 4 of each constantly washing up, no plug in en-suite sink

Convenient and parking available

Great location, pub 5 mins walk away and 15 minutes walk to the high street. Clean and tidy and helpful staff regarding check-in etc. Free parking a bonus.

£250 deposit seemed excessive for a 2 night stay.

Short stay in Royal Leamington Spa

Good location, comfortable apartment, signs of wear and tear but overall a good stay. Remote controller battery compartment missing. A big surprise was there was no towel hooks on any of the doors and the larger bedroom ensuite window is in need of fixing as the bottom rail is very worn and in need of replacing

Towel hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms, toilet roll holders needed in both bathrooms, floor in kitchen area has obviously had a flood in the past and is now in need of attention. Saying all that we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

These apartments suited us perfectly!

The location was the deciding factor - very central. Also that we could have 2 apartments for 7 of us, meaning most of our group had their own bedroom. The larger apartment had 2 bathrooms which was great.

All the communication is via email. At the time of booking I would really have appreciated a quick chat on the phone as I had a few questions and was booking on behalf of several friends. When sent as emails, they did get answered promptly by email and the team were helpful but it took a few emails to get all the info. A conversation would have been quicker.

Don't book with this company

Nothing really highlighted to be honest.

So we booked an apartment from this set of apartments about 2 months ago which had enough beds for us 5. A week before the date of the check in surprisingly I got a message from one of the staff saying our apartment was no longer available and that we had to change into a different one which was much smaller, had one less bed (someone had to sleep on a sofa bed using up the whole living room) and only one toilet. They said if we did not agree we would have to cancel the booking ( a week to go for Christmas and in a place like Leamington where availability of an apartment that sleeps 5 for those dates were not good or hardly available). In the end we had to take the booking as it was that or nothing. Also we did a booking with booking.com and this company made us pay them a deposit directly with the threat of also cancelling the booking if we didn't pay them via bank transfer 2 weeks before check in when we had a secure payment that would be made through booking.com as usual once we checked in. On the apartment itself (flat 3), the big room has the mattresses that feel like stone, it needs a change asap! Dust on the heaters/fans hasn't been cleaned in ages. Aldo, would have been good to get some coffee capsules at least for the first day to keep us going... Don't trust this company and I definitely don't recommend doing a reservation through Symphony Short Stays, very bad experience.

The Location was very convenient to the center of Leamington Spa, even closer was a mini-mart that sold all the essentials you needed and a nice local pub. The Apartment was spacious and very clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful. So nice we ended staying twice!

I like the place ,it's close to the center of the town within 5 minutes walk. The host is very responsive and the support staff are exceptionally good and provided good support

Terms state rental can be forfeited if guest doesn’t arrive by midnight, but key lock prevents access after 8pm. An access code for the lock was provided after contact but, I suggest that midnight is set for the code too.

Great location

The soundproofing is very bad, we could hear clearly the upstairs neighbours walking around their flat late at night and very early in the morning. The beds are not big. Location though is excellent and the host was very reactive when asked for extra sheets.

We enjoyed our stay in the symphony apartment and will definitely come again.

Modern Kitchen with all amenities, Great TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and all round very clean. All in all very good.

No instructions to put on the heating, it wasn’t just a case of turning up the thermostat. Radiator in Bedroom was not working, luckily there was an electric heater in the bedroom. It was freezing when we got into the apartment. Cooker hood not working.

A very comfortable, convenient stay in the heart of Leamington

A very comfortable and convenient stay for our group of friends. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' from the centre of town, and the road outside was quiet. Private parking was a real bonus. The living area was spacious, comfortable and light. We very much appreciated the kitchen basics being supplied. Communication with the company was very good.

A little more attention to detail would have been welcome and made our stay even better - checking radiators (it was a cold weekend), wear and tear to cooking utensils and stove instructions.

fantastic location. Communication between ourselves and the host was brilliant and they couldn’t do enough for us. The inventory says robes and toiletries are provided but they were not in the apartment.

Worst apartment we've stayed at.

The advertising for the property. Great pictures etc. Location.

Dated and very tired interior and exterior. Black hairs all over the bedding and pillows. Bathroom was dirty, skirting boards all swollen and in need of repair. Masking tape still in place where the ceiling was painted. Fire alarm was beeping all night in the kitchen. Bath plug got stuck after bathing the kids so we had to shower standing in cold bath water the next day. We ended up leaving a day early to stay with friends as it was so bad. And to top it off we were accused of stealing the cutlery which the cleaners couldn't find because it was in the top shelf of the dishwasher, exactly where we found it. I still can't believe Andy has accused me of this and has threatened to make contact with booking.com to redeem his financial loss! Nothing like the well presented photos. I wish I would have taken some to post on here.

A pleasant short stay in Leamington Spa

Easy walking distance of town and wide choice of cafes, restaurants etc. Lounge / kitchen area spacious and airy. Little terrace is probably nice in warm weather. Quick response to queries before our stay.

Had to upload photo ID and sign an online contract before being sent check-in information. Never had to do this before! For Flat 8 there are several stairs from the door to the apartment down into the living area. Not sure how clear that is in the information. The apartment above the bedroom area had very creaky floorboards which did wake us up early one morning. Some drawer space in the bedroom would have been nice. We thought the accommodation was a bit overpriced.

The location was ideal just a few minutes walk into town. The hosts were very attentive and kept in touch throughout ensuring that we had all we needed. Excellent stay and we would visit again!
