Excellent penthouse room. The other apartment was maybe a bit small.
Jody was very friendly and helpful. Not much crockery and glasses when we arrived but this was very soon sorted out.

Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, spacious apartments close to the centre of Leamington Spa, yet very quiet.
KEYS: We rented a 2 bedroom apartment because our party was made up of 2 couples, but we were only provided one key. We had to ask for an extra key, which was provided very quickly, but it would have been nice to have been provided 2 keys right from the start, OR even better, gain entry to the apartment with a keypad.
BOOKING:
When booking, it was very confusing that some of the apartments had the same name as other apartments, e.g. 2 apartments were called "deluxe" and 2 were called "2 bedroom apartment". I would recommend the owners use unique names for each apartment to avoid confusion.
The details for the apartments on Booking.com need to be clearer. It was not clear when booking that Apartment 2 only had 1.5 bathrooms, we were under the impression that it had 2 bathrooms, however it did not, which caused inconvenience for our party.

The soundproofing is very bad, we could hear clearly the upstairs neighbours walking around their flat late at night and very early in the morning. The beds are not big. Location though is excellent and the host was very reactive when asked for extra sheets.
