Leamington Spa-3 Bed-Garden-Pets-Free Parking

Great price for a 3 bed house. It was clean and tidy and as advertised. Also the owner went way out of their way quite late at night to resolve an urgent issue that we found when we arrived.

There was a fair amount of noise from neighbouring houses throughout the evening and into the night and we didn't feel comfortable going to the nearby pubs.

Stayed for 3 nights was very comfortable and clean beds were super comfortable and kids were happy.. neighbours are friendly, host was very helpful and repomded straight away when we msgd to.ask.for a late checkout would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again

Easy to find and only a short walk into the town. Property was clean and tidy. Host answered any questions very quickly on how to turn the heating down. Issues highlighted in previous reviews seem to have been dealt with.

Minor things - a couple more large mugs would have been good and bedside lights.

Comfortable beds and responsive host.

The house felt a little tired overall, and the kitchen was quite limited in terms of equipment—there was no chopping board or ironing board, even though there were two irons provided. The sofa had a few stains, and both the fridge and oven could have done with a deeper clean. Unfortunately, there was also a leak from the bathroom into the hallway below, which needs attention. The surrounding area wasn’t quite as nice as expected, but the property itself could be much improved with a bit of maintenance and a few thoughtful additions
