Clean and in a nice location

After reading previous reviews, our party was slightly concerned. However, most the issues have been dealt with. The outside area was clean, sofa stains removed, fridge cleaned, both toilets flushed, doors locked, beds comfortable.
For the price to stay in the Warwickshire area, this house was reasonably priced. Again, I’d say previous reviews are not fair. We visited Stratford upon Avon and a wedding at a country house in Leamington. Ubers to all locations were really cheap.
We managed as 3 adult couples to manage with 2 toilets and 2 showers. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious.
There were 6 of us and only 5 plates, mugs and bowls. 2 toilet rolls did not go far, so buy some if you’re staying here.
The house is located in a run down area outside but once inside the house, then it’s all good.
Definitely need to supply an ironing board!

Comfortable beds and responsive host.
The house felt a little tired overall, and the kitchen was quite limited in terms of equipment—there was no chopping board or ironing board, even though there were two irons provided. The sofa had a few stains, and both the fridge and oven could have done with a deeper clean. Unfortunately, there was also a leak from the bathroom into the hallway below, which needs attention. The surrounding area wasn’t quite as nice as expected, but the property itself could be much improved with a bit of maintenance and a few thoughtful additions
