Great little flat, clean, light and good location.

The flat was very clean and tidy, the overall space was great, kitchen was very good, bathroom lovely. Location was very nice, reasonable access to town on foot- about 15 mins slow walk. Beware the original facilities list stated USB charging ports, I think this was a typo; you need standard plug socket chargers. Quick response from the company when I had questions, though a short welcome pack with WiFi details, what to do with bins etc would be good, not everyone is as digitally minded, and paper is always good.

The sofa was a little uncomfortable, and could have done with another mirror and extension lead, as plugs are limited. I also wasn't emamoured at the idea of giving over £250, as a security deposit, on my cc with caveats as long as my arm....but all was well, and despite taking some photos at the end of the stay- as a just in case, I received my £250 in good time.

Detailed check in instructions. Good parking. Spacious, comfortable. Everything you need. The Fat Pug pub 2 mins walk is very handy. Uber into Warwick available. Nothing to fault it majorly, everything worked.

Small bedroom maybe needs an accessible plug socket or mains extension lead? Minor thing.

Very modern with everything you need- the only thing was the sofa bed which was broken but as soon as I let them know they came out very quickly but the sofa bed was completely broken which we have been compensated, just have to send in receipt 😀

A quiet, clean apartment 15mins from Leamington Spa parade.

The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. The rooms have plenty of natural light.

Nothing to dislike, but it would be useful to have a coat and shoe rack in the hallway.

Nice, spacious and quiet accommodation only short walk from necessary amenities.

Communication with the host was excellent. Great response time and accurate information. While we were there the downstairs neighbours had a party: hardly any sound was heard at our apartment. The neighbourhood was quiet and yet within walking distance of all important amenities. Apartment was spacious and well equipped.

We needed the couch bed, but it was not comfortable at all. The bedding smelled a bit stale (like it hadn't been used for quite some time). Otherwise the beds were comfortable and clean.

Not impressed for the money

Small apartment, the photos were not of the property, maybe the rooms above in another apartment. Not enough pots, pans glasses to cook a meal,the apartment was for 6 but only 4 or less of everything, broken items not good value for money.

Pleasant, quiet, easy apartment in Leamington Spa.

Quiet neighborhood, just a 10 minute walk into town and a minute from a nice pub (The Fat Pug). Easy parking for two cars. Lovely apartment which was clean and looked freshly decorated with comfortable beds and a good kitchen (including coffee, cooking oil etc).

It was all lovely but there were 4 of us and only comfy seats for 3 in the lounge and the TV is quite low and needs to be angled up a bit, it's ok for background TV, maybe not for all four of us watching a movie, no other problems.

Chestnut Grove

Location was excellent - just minutes away from where our daughter lives. Also brilliant location to Leamington spa shopping area and very central to visit various locations.

Peter was very responsive and acted quickly. Apartments were well stocked and comfortable. Ideal for what we wanted and a great location for Leamington Spa.

The storage heaters weren't working at all in apartment two or in the first bedroom of apartment six. Peter moved us from apartment two to apartment 8 due to the lack of heating in apartment two. This was much appreciated. The storage heaters in apartment 6 were also difficult to work or broken. I would return but only if there were portable heaters for each room during the winter.

A good base to visit family in Leamington Spa.

Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Very good location. Can easily walk into town centre or drive to local attractions like Warwick Castle.

Great location, good space but would benefit from a revamp

Very good location - easy walking distance into Leamington Spa. Having a parking space was great and it was easy to find. Easy check in Lots of towels/linens Good sized bedrooms Kitchen was very clean

Main bed and pillows were uncomfortable Bathroom was clean, but needs a refresh Kitchen equipment was ok but not great quality and glass kettle was in need of descaling. TV didn’t have smart tv functionality (e.g. Netflix)

The location of the property was convenient and easily accessible. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The entertainment section was a great feature, boasting a high-quality smart TV for guests to enjoy.

The tap water has a strong smell resembling that of bleaching powder and the shower handle is not functioning properly, making it challenging to take a shower as the water pressure is low. Also the bedroom and hall felt chilly due to drafts coming from the window.

A bit basic but otherwise great

Excellent value. Good location not too far from the town centre. Off road parking was easy to access. Small garden area and quiet car park good for the dog. Flat was quite spacious. Beds were nice and comfortable. Kitchen decent with tea, coffee, salt/pepper/oil etc and cleaning materials. Towels and shower gel etc supplied. Decent telly.

Everything was a bit basic and 'tired'. It could do with a refresh but I guess that would put the price up. The shower was fine but the bracket was broken so you couldn't stand under it.
