Location,parking.Near to good pub,Chinese take away.Quiet location
Sofa in lounge very hard and uncomfortable .Noise on one evening from flat below.

Key process was simple.
Booking on .com was simple but then after we had booked a non refundable stay , had to complete intrusive checklist with hidden extras for cleaning deposit / waiver (we paid £25 rather than having a £250 deposit ) then we were called while enroute telling us that we needed to pay a £40 dog fee also. We were travelling for a family funeral and we received several calls, texts and emails even at the Crematorium.
