It was clean, tidy and atmosphere was homely
The shower was not big enough to go underneath it in the bath and no safety mat to stand on.

Immaculately clean. Lovely big lounge and good size kitchen which was well equipped. Close to the lovely town of Warwick and easy distance to leamington and Stratford upon Avon.

The house was clean. We turned on the heating as soon as we arrived and the house was warm enough for us. There is definitely enough space for 5 people to stay.
There is no shelf space in the bedrooms for toiletries and other stuff apart from the bedside tables, but the wardrobes are spacious enough.

Property had everything that we needed and more! Fully equipped kitchen even had a coffee machine, air fryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Plenty of crockery, pans, cutlery etc. Wine, beers and water left for us was a lovely touch too. Beds were super comfy and we all got a great night’s sleep. Also has books and games in the lounge for the kids. Plenty of free parking on the road and directly behind property. Location was great for us- just a short walk to st. Nicolas’ park which has a fun fair, play area, crazy golf, cafe. Also not far from Warwick castle. Area was very quiet. Hosts were really friendly. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a great stay.
