The property was very central to all the places of interest to us in Warwick. Contact with Kristy was very fast and informative. The house was comfortable and clean. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

The location is really handy for walking into town to the local cafes and to the shops and Warwick Castle and the other historical buildings.Also 5 mins walk to the station and nearest small supermarket. The property has 2 bathrooms one downstairs both were very clean and the showers very good. The bed was very comfortable. The property was very clean and warm.. There is also an outside space at the back to sit out. It is overlooked by neighbouring houses but provides an alternative to being inside.
Just a minor point that we couldn't find any place mats to help protect the glass dining table. Another tea towel would have been useful and a dish rack for washed up crockery as there is not a dishwasher.
