Well presented with all conveniences.

Apartment is very large bedrooms were well presented and clean. Easy access, free parking. Was a convenient place to stop for a night. Looked to be well kitted out.

Cute getaway to see warwick and stratford upon avon

Once inside the property, it exceeded expectations and was warm and cosy with lovely bedding and warm showers. Nice big clean fridge and a tv.

The oven was not clean so we wrapped our food in silver foil and there was no dining room table to eat on for 3 of us. We were not keen on the location when parking as it was dark and not easy to carry our luggage up the dark stairs above shops which we hadn't been told beforehand. But once in, it was lovely.

Washing up bowl missing and washing up liquid was almost empty. We had to buy one. Bedside table and lamp missing bedroom 1 No rugs Very small living room meant my daughter went home as there was nowhere for her to.sit Heating was either very hot or the rooms were cold Tap water in kitchen red hot and I scalded my hand No dining table or chairs. Other small things I can't remember. The beds looked like hospital beds but mattresses were comfortable. We stayed Christmas Day and boxing day but there was no tree or Christmas as in other places where we've stayed.

Convenient location for a party of friends running a stand at the Warwickshire Event Centre.

Well equipped kitchen, separate bedrooms for single people, more than one bathroom

Very dark on the steps coming down, an outside light would have helped. Bedrooms needed waste bins and mirrors, and Room 1 had no bedside cabinet. Shelves or a chair to put clothes on would have been better than a wardrobe. A picture fell down in Room 2.

Group get away

Lovely flat inside. Well decorated, very clean. 5 of us stayed, and there was plenty of seating for all of us in the open-plan living area. The kitchen was lovely and well stocked, which was nice, a real home from home feel. A lovely welcome from the host was given, and communication was excellent. All bedrooms were adequate, and the beds were really comfortable. 1 couple had to sleep separately as only 1 double bed and other bedrooms had single beds. There are two bathrooms, which was a bonus with 5 of us. The flat is above a Chinese takeaway, which was great to visit after a night out. No smell from the Chinese was evident in the flat. Shops, a chippy and a nice pub were just around the corner, which we all found handy when waiting for an uber. Warwick Centre was too far for us to walk to, so an Uber was needed. The outside area provided free parking.

There was nothing to dislike about this flat. Okay the outside area is not the best, but this had absolutely no reflection on the property itself, which was lovely. We all had a lovely stay.

Nice little touches 😊

Nice and spacious, lovely and clean. Towels were super soft and smelt amazing The little box of goodies was a really nice touch, my children loved the biscuits and my youngest was very happy to find the building blocks. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Perfect location and place to stay for our golf trip for 4 adults

4 bedrooms and great location to local takeaways, walking distance to 2 decent pubs for food and local pub to play pool and darts in the evening.

Very spacious modern apartment in quite location. Plenty of shops , takeaways and a pub within a minute walk. We were very impressed with the attention to detail the host put into this apartment to make it a very comfortable stay for guests . A hidden gem in Warwick

Leiligheten var stor, med to bad. Gode senger, håndklær og sengetøy. Fin beliggenhet med tanke på parkering, og utfart til Warwick.

Det var møkkete gulv, og kjøkkenutstyr var dårlig rengjort. Litt uheldig med ventilasjon fra restaurant utenfor soverom. Utleier kan kanskje vurdere mørke gardiner på soverom.
