Lovely, comfortable, clean, well-located house in a quiet street.

A very clean, spacious house. Located within walking distance of the castle, supermarkets, a children’s soft play area (though the reviews for that place aren’t great) and probably anything else you might need. There was tea and coffee provided, as well as clean towels and bedding. Although the TV only has freeview available, there were some DVDs (for adults and kids) and board games to pass the time if the weather isn’t very nice.

It’s such a nice place, but if I had to be picky I would say; - The front door is a bit tricky to unlock and open, and drags along the floor (I work for the fire brigade, so this caught my attention). To get technical, I would say that this door could compromise safe egress in an emergency. - The decking in the back garden is very slippery when wet, so probably best not to let kids play outside if it has been raining.

Lots of room, convenient location and well equipped base for a Cotswold stay

We were able to park both the cars at the front of the property. It's a convenient base for exploring the Cotswolds and Stratford by car.

The position is in a residential area, so it's not quaint if that's what you are looking for.

A very pleasant stay in a comfortable and roomy house.

The rooms were very spacious. The location was excellent for walking into the town centre. The kitchen was well-equipped.

The decor was a bit tired but didn't really detract from our enjoyment of the accommodation.

Not the most pleasant stay

The house is in need of a thorough deep clean and some renovations to make it comfortable for visitors As soon as you open the front door you are met with the strong smell of damp that became very overpowering during the stay, especially at night with the windows closed. We stayed with our 9 month old baby and we were concerned that he would be breathing in the stale air while he slept. The shower has mould in it; the windows are very dirty; some of the doors have come off their hinges. This was a last minute booking for us while we visited friends nearby but we would not stay here again

The house is situated in a quiet housing estate, within walking distance of Warwick town. The pictures were accurate on the website. The house itself is very clean, with everything you could need for a short or long stay. It has plenty of cutlery and ware, sufficient towels, a toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, cooker and a washing machine The bed was comfotable, we slept very well. The check in process was very smooth. A bottle of milk and pack of biccies on arrival were most welcome! The house has a private driveway, which was a priority for us as we were using a hire car. We didn't make use of the garden but there was seating outside. We would absolutely stay here again. Top marks!

Easy key collection, good facilities, good location - only 10-15 min walk from centre of Warwick. Info sheets re local shops, restaurants, walks. Welcoming tea tray.

Could do with maybe thinner duvets on the beds for summer.

Lovely comfortable house. Very well equipped. Great location.

We were a group of two couples staying in this property for two nights so we could attend a concert at Warwick Castle. The location was perfect with the town and castle being just a short walk away. The street was very quiet despite being so close to the town. Beds were comfy, lovely big bathroom with spa bath and great shower, modern kitchen with everything you could need. We appreciated the milk in the fridge and the tea, coffee and biscuits. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely! Would absolutely book again.

Location: quiet area of town yet very central. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Comfortable lounge, very well equipped kitchen and dining area. The weather was not nice enough to use the garden much, but it would be lovely to sit out there on a sunny day. Parking right outsice the house.

CAREFUL: decking slippery when wet. If you were a group of 4-6 people, having only one bathroom might be a bit of a disadvantage (but not really a problem!)

We really enjoyed our stay - very comfortable, very clean, very functional, very convenient - perfect for our purposes needing to be located in the Warwick/Leamington area. We were a family of four, sharing the two double beds..

Comfortable House

The property was really well equipped with everything you needed. Also loved the fact that there was coffee, tea, hot chocolate sachets, fresh milk in the fridge & even a packet of chocolate biscuits. All cleaning products were there, toilet paper & even shower gel & shampoo were provided - this is a first for us when renting a property. Plenty of towels too.

Boiler was a bit noisy during the night - a small niggle, main bedroom, double bed, used to a king size bed, so found it a bit small, but double bed in 2nd bedroom, which our son was pleased with. Both beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful stay and would 100% recommend!

House was lovely! Very well presented and clean. Beds were very very comfortable and impressed by quality of furnishings and little extras (cookies, tea, coffee, milk). Location was perfect with a 15min walk into centre. Quiet location and felt very safe as 2 females travelling together. Garden also lovely with garden furniture, although we didn't go out. Ticked all the boxes for us! Love the jacuzzi bath and instructions were easy to follow. We've already said we will return and having a parking space makes it a great base to visit other areas nearby.

Nothing major. If I had to say something, the noises the heating system made woke me up a few times. Possibly needs radiators bleeding. But on the other hand we were grateful the heating had been put on so house was lovely and warm for us.

It is indeed a comfortable house

It is indeed a comfortable house, on a quiet road. Plenty of space, good rooms, well fitted out. We particularly liked that there was enough space in every room to put our things, without all the surfaces being cluttered up with plastic plants as in so many of our recent stays! We also enjoyed the chocolate biscuits

Overall a lovely stay in a nice house in a good location

The location was great for us and with google maps easy to find. It is in walking distance of the town and only 8 mins max from Warwick castle. Generally clean and well equiped although duvets on both beds were too heavy for this time of year and we both found it hard to sleep due to the heat, even with windows wide . Nice house for a couple of days visit to a lovely area.

Beds were a bit firm and duvet too thick for the summer. Previous occupants had put dirty dishes away so it couldnt have been checked by owner.
