I was given access codes in good time for my stay
few minor issues with room. No plug for kitchen sink. The small breakfast bar was loose and not attached securely. No hairdresser provided as per the spec on the website.

Lighting in the corridors not great Kettle broken Breakfast bar coming away from the wall Building getting a bit tired Fire alarm at 6am Fire alarm went off at 6am or so and i had to ring the owner to sort who tried to txt me to start about fixing it whilst alarm going off in my ear. I had to ask for them call so could be sorted quicker. I had to find the key to turn the alarm off press relevant buttons on the alarm (was told a tenant smoking caused this?!) No one around if real fire. Took 30-40 mins or so turn off and told its happened before. Was offerred a late check out but read this after we had checked out as sent via email and not always checking them. Was then offered 10% money back but not received. Leamginton is a great place to visit but il try different accomodation next time. I think 5 out of 10 is reasonable.
