Great Location, well equipped but needs some tweak's before I could recommend.

The host communicated well and even emailed to make sure all was well. The location was brilliant for local shops, restaurant’s , bars and historic visitor attractions. The apartment was easy to find and very reasonable parking within a few minutes walk. Tea coffee sugar and fresh milk all provided. Kitchen very well equipped for self catering

On arrival at the property and upon each entering there was a slight unpleasant smell, not sure what it was but after being inside a few mins you became nose blind to it. The bedroom was very small and the bed too, and uncomfortable, access only from one side of bed with no room for bedside cabinets so nowhere to put a glass of water down etc. There was a small desk like piece of furniture with a chair but no mirror on it. There was a round mirror in the hall and one above sink in bathroom and my hairstyler cord reached the hall from the bedroom but had to stand to do hair and make up etc.No full length mirror at all. We used the bed settee quilt that was stored in a bag on the bedroom floor and placed it on the main bed mattress as it was quite uncomfortable this solved the problem. Shower was painfully slow and weak pressure. The apartment is ground floor and the window had shutters so very little privacy when open and unfortunately the view was an over flowing dustbin skip. The view from the back window wasn’t great either, overlooking a shabby court yard with broken furniture. All of these issues were not easily sorted by the property manager during our stay but I’m sure if they had been any minor issues they would have been very helpful as all communication with them was excellent.

Excellent location, if shower worked and the bed was bigger it would have been perfect for the weeke

Bed was very small. Shower wasn’t very powerful and didn’t have hot water on second morning. Had a flickering light which meant we couldn’t have the lights on on the lounge. (It was strobing like a night club)

Great stay at Portland Street

Located on a tree-lined street right in the centre of Leamington Spa with Regent Street steps away. Well equipped and everything worked - wifi was nice and fast, TV had good channels and Netflix, ground floor, plenty of towels and a fan for the hot night. The milk in the fridge when I arrived was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.

Had to park the car a few streets away - but not really a problem as I know Leamington well. Would have been nice to have had access to the garden.

The occupier of the flat above was noisy! especially early hours of the morning. Disturbed our sleep.

Potentially excellent, the flat is let down by a number of factors that could be easily improved.

Excellent location

Very poor shower - I would expect shower pressure to be much better. This was just a cheap electric wall-mounted shower. The flat smelled rather musty and damp. I left the windows open but this didn't help. There is zero sound insulation between the bedroom ceiling and flat above. You can hear absolutely everything that is said in there Flat above - it's like they're in the same room. The first night I had to sleep on the sofa bed because it was too noisy in the bedroom. The lock to the door of the flat needs looking at. The key often gets stuck and won't turn in the lock. The welcome pack says there is free on-street parking - there is not. The welcome pack says there is a parking space to the rear of the property - there is not.

Very clean modern apartment

Location of the apartment, very close to good restaurants and the centre. Secure parking was a 5 minute walk from the apartment and very reasonably priced. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

Just the lights over the bed were a little bit too close to the bed.

Amazing Apartment

The vibe of the apartment was 10/10. The apartment was clean, well decorated and in an amazing location

The double bed was smaller than we expected but was overall fairly comfortable. The washing machine broke down but the management team were quick to send someone to fix it.

A cosy modern little apartment

As soon as you enter, your eyes will appreciate the interior design of the place! The owners have clearly put the time and effort into making the space look modern and chic. The bed was absolutely comfortable and my friend who slept on the sofa bed also mentioned how she had a good night sleep. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops within a walking distance from the apartment which is always a good plus!

Do bear in mind that this is something that’s out of the owners hands - during our stay, on one night my friend and I who slept in the bedroom got woken up by very loud music at midnight. The next night, there were some girls talking very loudly outside the corridor. For some, noise may not be an issue. But for those who are like me and my friends, who like to sleep at a reasonable time but can get disturbed by noises easily, then you might want to reconsider staying here. It appears that the neighbours may be students or at least younger people. The purpose of our trip was to explore the surrounding area. My friends and I are in our late 20’s but we do get up early to make the most of the day, so we’re usually quite tired come night time. Note: We stayed over the weekend, so it might not be as noisy during the weekdays.

Perfect location, good facilities and lovely interior.

The key drop off wasn't straightforward and the next guests couldn't locate the keys that we dropped off. The small double bed in the room could perhaps have been a bigger bed which would have been more comfortable. Otherwise great facilities and fast response to our queries.

Great apartment, well designed in a great location! The host, Jodie, was easily reachable and very welcoming.

The key pickup is not at the property itself. Also, during my stay the hot water pressure was low, but I’m certain this will be fixed for the next guests coming.

Fantastic experience

The location and decor was just amazing. It’s such a homely feel, makes you feel right at home. The flat has been furnished to the highest standard. The extra touches just make your welcome better. However the highlight of the stay are the managers of the property that go out of their way to make your stay extra special. 10/10
