Leamington Spa 2Bed Oasis - Driveway Parking, WiFi, Free Netflix, Prime & Disney

This is a small Simple residential house located in a residential area of Leamington spa. It is a traditional two up two down style property with a single-family bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath and two double bedrooms downstairs is a living room that walks through to the kitchen with a small patio and garden at the back and there is parking space at the front. The property is clean but could do with some renovation there are lots of areas which are quite tired. It’s obviously a well used property.

There is a very strong odour of cooking fried food, especially in the microwave but you could smell cooking oil throughout the property which was slightly offputting. The beds are very uncomfortable as well sadly.

Good location and a nice setup overall. The space itself was comfortable and suited our stay, and communication from the host was responsive when issues were raised.

The cleanliness on arrival wasn’t up to standard, which was disappointing given the cleaning expectations for checkout. There were areas that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned before we arrived. To their credit, the host did offer a £20 refund after we raised this, but it did impact the first impression of the stay.

Nice, clean, comfortable, great space.

The neighbours have small children. You can hear everything through the walls so prepare to be awaken at 6.30 am whether you like it or not!
