One Bedroom Luxury Regency Apartment

The flat was very roomy and bright. The location was excellent for exploring the town and for commuting.

There was a lack of ordinary glasses and some other kitchen equipment such as a filter coffee machine or coffee press would make all the difference.

The apartment was very large bright and airy. It is located close to the centre of the town but far enough away to not to have too much noise at closing time. The communication was excellent and we got into the property following the very clear instructions. The bath and shower were brilliant given how hot it was for our visit. The apartment has everything you might need.

The bathroom needs a deep clean, but as I said the water was hot and the water pressure was excellent. The bedroom faces the road and if you are a very light sleeper you might be woken by the pedestrian crossing outside the property. If like me you need a firm mattress then you might wake up with a bad back.

The location and it was good value for money. The living room was huge and stylish.The kitchen was well fitted out. Communication with the host was quickly responded to and all the check in and parking info was clear.Having parking right outside the door was excellent.

It was cold when we arrived but we soon worked out some heating and then it was fine. The bed was not that comfortable. It was impossible to raise the blinds in the living room, so if we had spent longer than one evening there we would have found it dark . It was however fine for our brief visit thank you.

The location was wonderful. The flat was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and decent living room furniture. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed, though some tumblers would have been nice in addition to wine glasses. The decor was fine if a little corporate. We loved the high ceilings and being five minutes from the centre and from buses. Leamington Spa is a delight. It was great to have a designated parking space.

Many lights didn't work, including almost no lights in the kitchen - the owner had to call an electrician. All we had was one of two cooker hood lights. Others included porch light, a table lamp, a bedside light (we found a spare bulb) and a light in the hall. In addition the design of lighting in the living room made it too dim to read even if all lights had worked. A broken hinge to a glass cupboard door made it dangerous - it swung open and nearly broke. The pull cords to the blinds in the living room were broken, so we couldn't open them. There were no instructions for the washing machine or heating and none of the usual guidance to the area. A rug and sofa were rather worn. Not 'luxury' as advertised.
