Leamington Spa's Gem - Free Parking, Netflix, Prime & Disney

De ligging is heel centraal en binnen een paar minuten ben je bij restaurants, winkels, pubs, parken.

Het is allemaal een beetje verouderd en sober. Er kunnen ook maar twee raampjes open en het was erg warm. Slaapkamer is erg klein en vol. Je zit dicht op buren en die hoor en ruik je ook.

The place was perfectly located with regard to the town: scarcely fifty paces and we were on Regents Street and a lead in to the Regency element. All the features and fittings were fine: bar a dripping tap! The main A452 road passed by directly but did not bother us as the bedroom was to the rear. We made use of the excellent gas and electric combined cooker.

To describe it as having free parking was a bit disingenuous. Free when you arrived but for 2 hours only! Warwick District Council are the most rapacious souls I have encountered. 24 hour payment for parking: 7 days a week and 24 hours a day! Not the property's fault but the descriptor...... In the detail, it needs a non-slip mat for the shower as my 77 year old wife refused to use it as she did not feel safe. On the whole, it really was a find!
