Excellent . An extra pillow would have been good but alround this was a great place to stay.
Self catering
Good situation for parking but confusion on which parking slot was allocated to this apartment. Staff were curtious and helpful and tried hard to find a vacant parking slot , which they did.

Apartment was great, the host wasn't, and we won't book with them again.
The apartment was nicely furnished, well equipped and and in an excellent location near the centre of Leamington Spa.
The host, very poor service. We couldn't get the door to the apartment block open when we arrived, problem with the entry key pad, the parking permit we'd paid for wasn't in the property, confusion over our arrival date (a typo from them). They haven't refunded my deposit, saying we didn't return a second key which we never got.

Lovely apartment, but not for people with mobility issues.
Location was superb, apartment was spacious and very clean.
Six flights of stairs to the apartment, no lift. No extra bed linen.

No clean towels or bedding for 10 days although signs around property advised minimum of 7 days. Difficulty with gaining access to property. No smart TV as advertised although changed after several days. Various equipment didn't work eg toaster

Eva could do nothing about the 2nd bedroom. but she was so kind, helped us with an emergency
We made breafast. Nice kitchen & bathroom, everything we needed. very good location
2nd bedroom did not have an outside window. It was a large cupboard! Fixed glass panel into bedroom no.1. Light from either side affected the other! No air in 2nd bedroom. This cannot be right and cannot be called a bedroom just because it had a bed in it!
