Proximity to the centre of Leamington; dedicated parking space; modern apartment, plenty of space. Lift for ease of packing and unpacking.
Nothing really, couple of superficial things, no tin opener in the kitchen, would have preferred toilet roll holders, but really just us being fussy.

Location was excellent. Lovely quiet building. Very friendly and helpful locals. Lovely outlook in the flat and nice quality furnishings. Response from support team was good and communicative.
I didn't like the fact they only gave us 1 toilet roll for each bathroom and we were staying a week. There was no tea towels or oven gloves. Only a couple of dishwasher tablets . We also had problems with regulating the shower temperatures, they would suddenly become very hot. Furniture in one bedroom needs to be replaced .

The apartment was nicely furnished, well equipped and and in an excellent location near the centre of Leamington Spa.
The host, very poor service. We couldn't get the door to the apartment block open when we arrived, problem with the entry key pad, the parking permit we'd paid for wasn't in the property, confusion over our arrival date (a typo from them). They haven't refunded my deposit, saying we didn't return a second key which we never got.
