Entry into the house was very straight forward and instructions to part were very easy to follow.

The house was beautifully presented and so well equipped.
The bathrooms don’t have locks on the doors and with so many people in the house it was something a few didn’t like.

Location, space and decor.
Lack of on site parking for more than one car and due to the time of the year Leamington Spa was very busy so had to walk a distant to find appropriate parking.

The property is large and luxurious. It is superbly appointed with high end furniture and fittings and is perfectly located a short walk from the town centre.
For a house with 5 double bedrooms it is a shame that there is only parking for one car. Although there is a private parking behind the house that was empty all weekend, you are not permitted to use it. We had to find street parking about a 10 minute walk away as there are limits to the on street parking in the town centre. (Two hours a day and free 8pm-8am)
