Loved the kitchen leading onto the open space.
There was a faint whiff of Mediterranean drainage in the downstairs loo.
For somewhere so well equipped there wasn’t any sign of a milk jug nor a decent fruit or salad bowl.

Great location and beautiful property. (Note: the attic room is HORRIBLE in hot weather and the windows don't open enough to let air in)
Close to the station making it easy for day trips to Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Big shout out to Red Kite who have been nothing but amazing with communication.
There were a few niggles that we fed back, but the major one was the cleaner who arrived at 10:20 and just lingered around, even after we mentioned we wouldn't be leaving until check out (11).

Entry into the house was very straight forward and instructions to part were very easy to follow.

The house was beautifully presented and so well equipped.
The bathrooms don’t have locks on the doors and with so many people in the house it was something a few didn’t like.
