Fantastic central location and a lovely host

The location is great, very central. Alain was a lovely host. He kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost and left us a complimentary bottle of wine!

We had an amazing weekend and would definitely return to this accommodation again!

Perfect location with it being right in the centre of Leamington Spa. The host was lovely and met us when we arrived to show us around the house and to point things out. Loved that he provided tea, coffee and also milk and water which was a nice touch. The house was lovely and clean and the rooms were a nice size and good bathrooms.

Fabulous & very comfortable.

The property was an ideal location, town centre, perfect for our needs. Within easy walking distance to The Parade, where you will find shop & and all manner of eateries. The Property was very clean & the host Alain was very helpful & obliging.

Very convenient for what we wanted. Just needs a little tlc

The location was very good, central for the town and also for the pump rooms and jephson gardens. Alain was very helpful. Met us with the keys and helped us to carry our luggage up to the apartment. It was the loft, 47 stairs, the last 12 quite steep.

We could not work the heating out and the fire did not work. Maybe some instruction books would be good.

Great position. Horrible apartment. Don't stay there.

The position was good for the town centre. Not much else was good.

There many faults. I will mention a few. There were more. The original apartment we were allocated involved 3 flights of stairs. I could not manage them with our heavy cases. The replacement involved 10 stone steps down, marked as dangerous when wet and rain was forecast.. That really worried me. Then we found that there were more stairs to the bedroom. When we went into the bedroom, a drawer front fell off, bruising my wife's foot. It could have been much worse. When I went to use the oven baking tray, I found a large piece of leftover food in it. When I complained, the owner Alain denied any responsibility, saying I was acting like a building inspector. A building inspector would close the apartment for health and safety reasons. We checked out after one night. Alain refused to credit any money back to us, saying it was our fault for booking it. The apartment should be closed down until many improvements have been made.

Disapointing

excellent location

I have to say this is the first Air B and B we have stayed in so my expectations may have been too high but the whole flat felt very tired. The shower tray was faded white so it had turned yellow, I had to sit down to use the toilet because the ceiling sloped down so much I could not stand up (I'm about 6ft1). All the chromed light fittings everywhere had rusted, the bed sagged in the middle and we felt that it needed to be totally decorated. The host Alain was really nice and it was a great location with parking so from that point of view it was ideal.

If i am stopping in Leamington, i always use one of Alain's properties. Really nice guy who makes sure you have everything you need. His properties are always clean, tidy and have more facilities than other properties i have stayed at in the area.

Great location but apartment was disappointing.

Fantastic location

Nice sized rooms but the bathroom had a very rusty radiator and lights. Flat was very dusty and smelt fusty.

Beautiful property, lovely facilities and fantastic location!

The property is absolutely beautiful and gorgeously decorated and has everything you need for a great stay! It looks even better than the photos and was so cosy. It’s perfectly located to explore Leamington Spa and close to lovely food places and cafes. The host was lovely and made us feel so welcome.

The 2nd floor apartment we were moved to was at the front of the building, which was noisier from street noise. The garden apartments would have been quieter.

Excellent location, friendly manager, but the apartment needs some attention

Good location

Bathroom smelt like a drain, which spread across the whole apartment. wasn’t overly clean - kitchen sink was dirty. Most of the photos on the site are obviously of the other apartments in the building. Needs a good clean and a general makeover.

Exceptional

The flat has absolutely everything you need, and I mean EVERYTHING was thought of, down to an automatic espresso machine that foams milk and the fridge was stocked with milk, and bottled water. What really stood out was the service the owner brought me a phone charger when I realised I forgot one and when he saw I had limited mobility asked me to tell him when I was checking out so that he could send someone to help me with my bags. Literally service beyond a 5 star hotel anywhere and in a great location for all Leamington has to offer whilst being walkable to Warwick as well. (Well.not for me maybe, but, most. 🙂) Absolutely recommend to anyone ! Great place great service! I'll be back!

There are many many stairs.. it's not a fault of the apartment but I didn't read the fine print and booked the loft. So the stairs were tricky for me but again. It was clearly stated all I had to do was read it.😅 And I found myself rolling off the bed a bit if you weren't in the center so it may not be ideal for a couple to sleep on.

Great weekend away, loved it!

Location was great, being so close to amazing shops and bars. Found a wonderful cafe for breakfast. The owner met us to hand over keys and explain how everything worked etc. Very nice man.

Fabulous location in the heart of Leamington - everything is in walking distance. The facilities in the apartment were fabulous (jacuzzi bath, nespresso machine, dishwasher, huge smart tv) and the apartment feels very homely. It’s a great space for meeting groups of friends. Our requests for extra parking permits were granted - a very polite host.

Would prefer a contactless entry (e.g. lock box) as having to arrange a time to meet is quite tying. The apartment was clean enough, although quite dusty. Not enough seats/sofas in the living area for all 5 guests to sit comfortably.
