Very Spacious 4 Bedroom house with large garden

Really helpful video to show the way in. Plenty of space and a big garden.

Several door latches didn’t work so we couldn’t keep bedroom doors closed. The excellent big fridge had cold water and ice dispensers but they didn’t work and we couldn’t see how to fill them up.

Very clean and ready for us to occupier, also instructions send was easy to follow the host was in contact to make everything easy

it stated car parking for 3 cars but we could only get 2 on the drive.

Spacious house, clean and nicely decorated

Mattresses could do with changing, one very very soft and one you could feel the springs through when lying down.

This property was perfect for our overnight trip to Leamington Spa. The house was large, so our group of five adults had plenty of room to spread out in. It was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The furnishings were good quality and really comfortable. Everybody slept well! Additionally, there is also lovely, quiet garden with seating, and onsite parking. The location was excellent. We were within walking distance of local amenities and the main town. It would make a good base for exploring Warwickshire and the surrounding areas as it is very central.

There was nothing I didn’t like. This property exceeded my expectations and those of my guests.
