Great property on an ideal location close to the centre of town.

Well-appointed, cosy flat in an interesting town

Very clean, good wifi, had everything we needed (although could have done with more toilet roll). The location is about 10 mins walk to Leamington town centre and about the same in a taxi to Warwick Castle. The surroundings are lovely - very grand - but the actual building you're in is a bit 'Sun Hill' (60s ex-council flats). The shops underneath are good though - there's a cafe, a couple of off licences, barbers and laundrette.

The road was noisy (old double glazing). The electric shower was temperamental going hot and cold and quite difficult to get working right. The advert says private parking but when leaving I found a note on my car from a neighbour saying I couldn't park there - there are no signs anywhere but there's no allocated parking either so I guess it's a free-for-all.

Gave us everything we needed at a reasonable cost.

The location was very convenient, we were doing things in Stratford and Warwick and it worked well for both. It’s also above a parade of local shops so there is a launderette, an off licence, a convenience store and a yoga cafe which is handy. The flat is a maisonette over two floors so is spacious and cosy, very home from home. The hosts were very responsive to messages.

It’s worth knowing that there’s quite a lot of stairs to get up to the flat (two flights to go in the front but four flights if parking at the back). It would have been good to have more crockery and cutlery as we were self catering for six people.

The property was very clean and comfortable. There was nothing else we needed and the management company were always at hand if we needed anything

As my husband is disabled it wasn’t really suitable for him. There are many steps to navigate but it was worth the effort when we got in the house.
