A beautiful apartment, with everything you could ever need. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Wifi was a little slow so we weren't able to stream on the TV. But this just meant we talked more rather than watching TV

Lovely accommodation with great attention to detail. Everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Location perfect - quiet but only a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops, places to visit. Parking a big bonus.

Location - super central to town and family Size - very spacious, especially the living area Decor - beautiful Comfort - so very comfortable. I immediately felt at home Kitchen - we designed narrow space

Plants - a few too many Accessories - a few less accessories would help with being able to use more of the surface space Noise - people congregating in the courtyard could be loud at times Smoke - I think people smoke in the courtyard and the smell flows in to the master bedroom

Superb in every way.

The property was excellent, the location perfect. It is stylish with quality fitments throughout. From initial communication right through until our checkout, we felt nothing whatsoever had been overlooked. Rebecca was lovely, engaging, really helpful and her attention to detail was first class. We loved this apartment and would stay again in a heartbeat. We can’t find fault, our stay was superb in every aspect. Thank you, Rebecca.

The stay in the apartment made it feel home from home.

The details made it very simple to collect the keys. The owner also contacted me to see if I needed her to show us round which I declined.

The apartment was simply incredible and very well presented.

High quality stay in Leamington Spa

I loved it all really the apartment was spectacular. Even down to having Netflix it was a perfect location my dad is disabled so it was walking distance to all central parks/restaurants/train station/bars/shops. I cant recommend this place enough will defo stay again the host was always available to help .

The stairs next to the double room was noisy quite late. But that's not a criticism just an observation

Relaxing stay

Free parking in Leamington is great - got the last space on the road on Friday night though. Well-stocked kitchen - plenty of crockery for visitors. Large dining table and lounge with ample seating for visitors. Very convenient location; beautifully presented; good instructions from host.

Just a couple of small comments: The terrace was rather too small to be usable. Dusty pair of socks under single bed (asthmatic guest).

An inspiring location for a 3-generation catchup.

Design and layout, amount of space. Brilliant location in quiet street, close to excellent takeaway places as well as great parks. Every little detail carefully thought about, down to colouring books and pencils...

Tiny things, really. More mugs, as these were in constant use. Double door arrangement on the bathroom next to single beds bedroom was not helpful.

Exceptional

Exceptional in every way, location, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and felt very safe and secure. The host responded without delay to any questions we had, receiving keys etc, and we felt like we’d walked into a masterclass of home decorating. The Main Street is a very short walk away, and the bakery downstairs is well worth a visit! Having the parking permit available to use was a very useful bonus! Highly recommended.

Excellent accomodation in a perfect location.

For anybody visiting Leamington Spa the location is perfect. We had free parking right outside the front door. Rebecca was lovely and went out of her way to help in any way she could. If you want a special meal out then Laccopola (easy walk) is amazing and of course you must visit Warwick Castle.

We were delighted with the flat. It was beautifully decorated and perfectly located so much so we rarely left the flat on one of the hotest days of the year!

The only thing we would change is the double bed is a little too small for two friends to share, it would be ideal to have a larger bed in that room that can be made in to twins for non-related guests! Obviously it would be fine for a couple.
