Great location close to the centre of Leamington with parking outside the property. Alain is a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome and is on hand for any queries. The property is clean, nicely presented and well equipped. It was great to have tea & coffee provided, and the fresh milk & bottles of water in the fridge were a nice touch too.
Bathrooms need some hooks or rails to hang towels. My preference would be to have black out curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. Bedside tables are a bit small, and the lamp leaves limited space for personal items.

Excellent location Exceptional host - Alain was wonderful stocked the fridge with milk and water and had fans in all the rooms which was greatly appreciated during the heatwave

The apartment was in a great location and the car parking was easy and convenient. The host was very friendly and timely. The cleanliness let down the apartment with lamps, skirting board, and even the coffee machine being covered in dust. The cleanliness of the toilets was also not amazing and there were marks on one of the bedrooms sheets. For the cost of a one night stay I would expect more.
