A beautiful gem of a place in an excellent location

The host was lovely and welcoming, and as we were leaving on New years day he offered us a later check out time and longer parking time which was very kind and much appreciated! The house was perfect, in a fantastic central location in a beautiful tree lined Georgian street in the heart of Leamington Spa. The house was warm and beautifully decorated, with everything you would need for a really comfortable stay. The beds were warm and comfortable and there were 2 gorgeous en suites and a lovely separate bathroom which were all sparkling clean and well equipped. Highly recommended, thank you so much Alain!

Lovely apartment and great staff and communication

Clean. Convenient. Spacious. Comfortable. Well equipped. Staff could not have been more helpful and communication was great.

No indication in description that apartment is on two floors unless I missed this. One photo shows a banister but you’d have to look carefully to find this. I was recovering from a fall so probably more aware of this but I think people should be made aware that main bedroom and kitchen are down a flight of stairs from hall, lounge & second bedroom. Being very picky, somewhere to hang towels in upstairs bathroom would be useful.

Great location, plenty of space, clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was very good.

The master bedroom was good but the radiator in the second bedroom wasn't working and the pillows were a little lumpy.

We have stayed here several times and have always had a very enjoyable stay.

Very central location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable flat. Host, Alain, and co-host, Tristan very accessible. Several bathrooms.

The kitchen is downstairs which is a little awkward.

Peaceful comfortable and pleasant break with fantastic a host

Location was perfect. It was very hot on arrival the host had provided us with bottled water tea coffee and plenty of milk

We didn’t have hand towels which wasn’t a problem just a suggestion …it didn’t affect our stay at all

Without a doubt the best and most awesome apartment I’ve ever hired. Huge telly, awesome kitchen, three bathrooms to just two bedrooms, perfect location and I really can’t rate it highly enough. I’d give it 11’s all the way if I could !!

It didn't affect us as we were only there 1 night, but there were no dishwasher tablets so if we wanted to put the dishwasher on before our next use of crockery we would have had to hand wash

Great location, apartment needs a better clean.

The apartment was in a great location and the car parking was easy and convenient. The host was very friendly and timely. The cleanliness let down the apartment with lamps, skirting board, and even the coffee machine being covered in dust. The cleanliness of the toilets was also not amazing and there were marks on one of the bedrooms sheets. For the cost of a one night stay I would expect more.

The property was in an excellent location, close to the Town Centre and Victoria Park. Great kitchen facilities, sitting room and extra bathroom too.

Not enough towels, No TV in bedrooms, No instructions how to use Washer/Dryer washing machine, Shower would have needed a shower mat as shower floor was not non-slip.

Spacious apartment in central location

Location is fabulous- everything is literally on your doorstep. Host is very friendly and welcoming. Spacious apartment with all that you need, they provide and home to home service.

The furniture is a tad dated - curtains not fitted well in the front room. If they just updated a few pieces, this would be an outstanding apartment. Having said that, I would return again as enjoyed our stay in LS
