A great spot hosted by a considerate, lovely couple.

A perfect fit for my needs. Convenient to everywhere I wanted to go and to my family. Also secure. Very well thought out and laid out. Really comfortable and spotless. Access to Sky tv was a real plus. Many places assume (mistakenly) guests won’t watch tv and that if they do they’ll be happy with very limited coverage.

Couldn't Ask for a Better Place!

My parents stayed at Jon and Sue's studio for three weeks and had a fantastic experience. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always quick to respond and happy to help with anything needed. The studio was spotless and extremely well-equipped with a full kitchen, plenty of towels, and lovely extras like coffee, tea and biscuits. It had everything needed for a comfortable long-term stay. A huge bonus was the weekly cleaning service, which included fresh linens and towels, making everything feel fresh and easy. The location is perfect: a quiet, safe area that is still very close to the center. They couldn't have been happier with their choice, and this will definitely be our go-to place for future family visits. We highly recommend this studio for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Five stars!

Lovely accommodation. Great value.

Location, location, location. Easy 6 or 7 minute walk into the centre of Leamington. Free 24hr parking within metres. TV has all the apps. Facilities are first class, the hosts are very generous with basics like washing powders, olive oil, salt and pepper etc. Made it feel very homely.

The bed is a little small, and the bedhead is close to the wall 😉.

The property was impeccably clean, well furnished, well stocked with utensils and gadgetry to suit all requirements. Wi-Fi availability as was Sky and many other facilities like washing machine etc. Sleep upstairs, toilet and shower downstairs and had no problems at all.

The hosts were so welcoming on arrival, and didn't mind that I changed my arrival day or time - very accomodating. Apartment is located in a separate coach house on the property, so very private and not bothered by anyone. If you needed anything the hosts were happy to help. Kitchen fitted out really well with all the utensils, tools and appliances you would need. Really cute apartment with wifi and sky TV. Lovely stay!

We had a great stay at the Coach House! The location is perfect, very close to the centre of town (5 minute walking), with free on-street parking right outside the property, which was perfect. The house has everything you need and is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the TV worked well and everything was as expected. The Wi-Fi was very good, which is nice and useful.

The only minor problem is that there is a bit of noise coming through the window from the cars driving on the road, but it's not been a big problem and we were still able to sleep absolutely fine. Overall, nothing really to complain about.

Not a complaint, but for anyone with mobility issues please be aware that the bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom. There is a stair rail to assist.

Just what we wanted.

We stayed over the Christmas period in order to visit relatives in Leamington. We wanted somewhere more ‘homely’ than a hotel room and we found it! The Coach House was perfect for our needs and provided a comfortable independence at a busy time of year. The secure set up, also allowed us to come and go as we pleased. Joyful comfortable and friendly

Jon was a fantastic host, sent us detailed instructions of how to get in to the apartment . Welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we had all we needed. In fact Jon went above and beyond when we lost our car keys on our first morning ! and at some awfully early time in the morning gave us a lift to a nearby golf competition and helped find an local locksmith to sort our dilemma! A true gent and exceptional host. Thankyou Jon

A very relaxing and enjoyable stay at The Coach House Studio Apartment.

Location was great - about a 5 min stroll into town. The studio was really comfortable and the facilities were excellent - everything you would need if you wanted to stay in - as we did due to Storm Eunice! Bed was really comfy. Seating good too. Hosts were really nice and helpful. Wine and milk on arrival - very welcoming indeed.

There s nothing that could have been better really. It was all good.
