The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard with great sized rooms for a very enjoyable stay.
The living room has:

- Wi-Fi
- Xbox One console with games and 2 wireless controllers
- 4 seater sofa - bed, sleeps 2 comfortably
- Nest thermostat that controls radiators for entire property
The dining area seats 4 and is a good table to work on for the business traveller.
The bedroom has:
- a double size bed
- large sliding double wardrobe
- 32" Smart TV
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
- gas hob & electric oven
- microwave, toaster, rice cooker
- kettle & cafetiere
- dish washer, fridge freezer & washing machine / dryer
- pots, pans & tableware
- complimentary biscuits, tea & coffee
The bathroom is fully tiled, with a shower over bath and complimentary toiletries
