Perfect location for where we needed, lovely sofas and facilities, and spotless. Parking spaces right outside and easy to get in, will definitely be making this our go-to stay when in Leamington

The location is great for Leamington and Warwick. The overall house is nicely furnished, beds comfortable, facilities great, and ample parking. Check out Harbury's. The ice cream is delicious!
There is nothing about the property itself. However, we did have an issue with the downstairs toilet and ants present (it did not affect our stay). Both of these are clearly maintenance based, and I have informed Hutch, who were very grateful, and I'm sure they will sort this issue very quickly.
