A little spot of heaven

Mixed feelings and we wouldn’t stay again.

No breakfast. Location was great and it wasn’t far to walk to get to the castle. The house was clean and well decorated.

We feel we were misled with regard to parking as Booking.com advertised free parking. However, when we arrived it was impossible to get even two hours free parking and we ended up paying £12.00 per day. My friend stayed in the single room and the bed was very uncomfortable as, when we looked it wasn’t a proper bed, but some kind of chaise longue.

Lovely Stay

Conveniently located for Warwick, Leamington and Stratford Upon Avon, and a local Sainsburys on your doorstep. Great pub around the corner and a choice of take-away prociders. Beautiful town house with all facilities you need. It's was perfect for a small family of three, with a 14 year old. We were very happy.

Nothing much . Parking situation could have been clearer and more accurate. We did have to park a few minutes walk away. Also, more clarity on local recycling rules would have been helpful.

The bed was vey uncomfortable (Broken). The second bedroom has a very small bed that would not be suitable for two people. No close parking.

Cute place for a break but no free parking nearby.

It stated free parking with the property, but this was not the case. We could only park close for two hours. So had to park on a street in the town and do numerous trips with our luggage to the door.

Prefect in every way.

It’s very rare to find such a beautiful property that allows dogs to stay. The property is prefect for exploring Warwick and the surrounding area. The welcome basket is a lovely touch. We will be booking to stay again

The house was lovely and clean with very nice furnishings. Ideal for walking to the town, castle and parks. Two very good pubs in walking distance too both with beer gardens and both dog friendly . Communication with the host was excellent too.

Nice place to stay

The location is great with all of Warwick on your doorstep. The house has been finished to a great standard with lots of attention to detail. The kitchen is really well stocked and had lots of amenities. The courtyard is sweet. The sofa is comfortable and tv had lots of things to choose from.

The bed while it might once have been comfortable is now sagging badly and very uncomfortable. The sofa bed is very small but it’s hard to see that in the booking details on booking.com due to how things are listed (not the hosts fault just worth people knowing). Could do with fans as it was quite muggy. Parking is a challenge as most streets nearby are limited to 1 or 2 hours.

We had a lovely stay.

The townhouse was in a perfect location close to the railway station and a short walk to the centre of Warwick, the house was comfortable, nicely decorated and clean, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Nothing major, maybe a few more bits and bobs provided by the host eg salt and pepper, cooking oil, fresh milk in the fridge etc, the outside patio is quite small and only gets the sun in the early morning.

Great location and beautiful house. Everything we needed for the weekend and a very thoughtful basket of gifts from the hosts. The bonus was the courtyard garden, all top notch!!

Couldn’t stay!!

We got to the house in the middle of a row of terraced houses in a back street opposite a noisy working garage and were unable to park, so disappointed with the location that we decided we couldn’t stay let alone park and unload our car. We had to go elsewhere and book a hotel. I would expect a full refund!!

Perfect location

This is a perfect location to visit Warwick Castle and surrounding areas. You can easily walk from the house and leave the car. Very clean with a calming decor. We had a super break. Pubs and eateries are close by and worth a visit plus a local supermarket nearby for groceries. Warwick has lots of independent shops which is nice to see. Hosts were easy to contact and super helpful. Would recommend.

The house looks classy - it just needs to be warmed up before a guest arrives

The house is nicely decorated and it's near town. the kitchen is well-equipped.

The house was very cold when I arrived and there were no instructions on how to turn the heating up. I figured it out but the house didn't get warm until the next morning. The kitchen doesn't seem to have any heating, so that remained cold the entire time. The bed in the main bedroom wasn't very comfortable.

Perfect location. The property is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a stay in the area. Very comfortable bed and a quiet area but only a short walk to the centre of Warwick. There's everything you need right on the doorstep such as a supermarket, good pub and Chinese take away if you need them.

Lovely house, close to all the amenities and worth a visit.

Nicely renovated property in keeping with its age. Close to the centre of Warwick. Had everything we needed for our stay. Some nice little touches like a welcome basket, toiletries etc.

Parking was difficult but once parked we didn’t need to move our car as everything was within walking distance. The noise and fumes from the garage would have been an issue of we had stayed inside for any length of time during the day.

Outstanding property perfectly located for exploring historic Warwick.

We thought the property was an outstanding place to stay. It was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed. The welcome basket was wonderful and the information book provided for guests was one of the best we have ever seen. The property is perfectly located for exploring Warwick and close to loads of great restaurants, cafes and shops. High recommended!

i liked nothing about the experience

everything when we arrived the street was awful and broken windows in nearby house 2 doors away ,we couldnt get in at agreed time and after contacting the owner to be told we had been double booked ,when we were due to go to a wedding at the castle about an hour later ,so we then had to find another property .the money had been taken out of out account 1 week ago so beware when trying to book this property

Amazing place to stay!!

Fantastic location for exploring Warwick. The townhouse itself is beautiful, unbelievable attention to detail immaculately clean. Couldn't ask for any more. Highly recommended for a stay here. Just parked the car for the weekend and enjoyed all the local restaurants and places of interest... like the amazing Warwick castle.
