The host Janet was amazing.

Perfect location for exploring the castle grounds, the cottage itself was full of character.

The only downside was the shower, it wasn’t very powerful and kept going from hot to cold, making it hard to have a shower

It was excellent.

The location was excellent. Situated right in the middle of the areas we wanted to explore. Easy access to main highways and ammenities. Situated near Warwick castle and not far from the Cotswolds, Oxford and Blenheim palace. As well as other sites we were interested in visiting.

Loved Warwick and property convenient for visiting the castle

Location good

Stained ( sweat marks ) on pillows and at least 1 lumpy pillow. No pillow protectors or duvet protector. Mould on bathroom window and the stairs needed a good dust . Coffee was rock hard in coffee jar.

Excellent would definitely return

Walking distance to the castle and the main market square and places of interest. The fresh milk in the fridge was a big bonus as there is nothing like a fresh cup of tea after a long journey.

A very enjoyable break at Daisy Cottage

Daisy Cottage is comfortable and cosy. It has a comfortable large bedroom. A good size bathroom with a very good shower. The lounge/diner/kitchen is a good size with heating that works well. Good coffee/ tea / milk supplies. It has a lovely private courtyard garden with a bistro set The private parking was great. Easy walk to town and Castle. Easy access to all attractions in the local area. The triple glazing works very well.

Excellent stay!

The location is excellent., well situated for the Castle , Warwick Town Centre and Racecourse. Janet was very welcoming and went to the trouble of leaving an anniversary card and table confetti for my Husband & I.

Excellent cosy cottage in a great location with friendly staff and excellent facilities.

Great little cottage. Cosy and clean with great facilities and well stocked kitchen. Bed was extremely comfortable. The cottage had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Location was excellent. Within walking distance of the Town centre and good restaurants and pubs. Would 100% recommend this property.

Exceptional self-catering accomodation

A return visit to Daisy cottage which is top of my list for self-catering accomodation in the UK. It is always exceptionally clean, cosy and very comfortable. I was by myself on this occassion and felt very safe and secure. As always, I was warmly welcomed by Janet.

Wonderful, we love Daisy Cottage!

Daisy cottage was such a lovely cosy place to stay and had everything you could possibly need for a lovely weekend break. Great location next to Warwick Castle and near the town close to restaurants and shops etc. You can walk everywhere! Janet even left a little card for my boyfriend as it was his birthday. (He also said I have to mention that the iron was great) A perfect stay and great hosts, thank you!

Excellent property, well located, great host and excellent position for the attractions with parking

The cottage is self catering however breakfast is available from the adjoining B&B which is owned by the same people as Daisy Cottage. The full english breakfast was excellent, all homemade and very well cooked and very tasty. It was good value at just over £9. The breakfast can be taken in the B&B or they will bring it round to the cottage if you prefer.

Parking available and location was very good. Hosts were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and there was a fan in the room. There is a friendly pub opposite

There were a few loud gurgling noises from the bathroom in the middle of the night which scared me as it is a very old property! I think it was the macerator

Fabulous stay in Warwick

Excellent location in Warwick,very close to the castle and walkable to restaurants, pubs and gardens. Period features of cottage, a quirky and historically interesting place to stay. Welcoming hosts. We were given Easter Eggs as we arrived on Good Friday! Lovely big bed was very comfortable. Parking space outside the property. Little personal touches, cookies, sweets etc.

Wonderful for a quiet weekend away

Location good - a short walk uphill to the town and right next to one of the entrances to the castle (again a walk up a hill). Lovely tudor cottage - staying in a piece of history built in 1571. Lovely hosts. Parking.

The cottage was so beautiful, and Janet even put a birthday banner up and I received a birthday card. Little thoughtful touches go a long way. Everything was perfect :)

65th birthday treat

Loved the location, loved the history of the building, spotlessly clean, loved the two TVs and two loos! Loved the garden, sun trap for the late afternoon champagne sun-downer. Very cosy. Parking. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Beautiful cottage with all Modern conveniences. Very clean and tidy.Comfortable and brilliant location for Warwick Castle and the town.

The TV didn’t any channels apart from the terrestrial but that is a very small thing. Low ceilings so taller guests need to be aware

A wonderful stay in Warwick in such a charming property.

We were warmly welcomed to the property which is in an excellent position for visiting Warwick. Private parking was a bonus and we found it a real treat to stay in a building with such heritage. On our first evening we bought fish and chips from the award winning chip shop just up the road and sat on the bench outside the cottage in the sunshine to eat them. Lovely... Everything about our stay was perfect and we have booked again to stay later on in the year.
