The location was great !
The welcome pack needs updating, the recommendations like the takeaway for example is permanent closed along with other information in there.
There needs to electrical checks before next people go in, we stayed and it was hot but the fan provided in the bedroom was broken.
The tiles and grouting in bathroom need attention / good clean
Kitchen tap needs replacing
The main bathroom needs some tlc.
It says Netflix etc is available and that is not the case. TV availability is poor.

Comfortable apartment in good location. Comfy beds and pillows. Good sized lounge room and large kitchen. Loved walking along the canal at the bottom of the street. Great pub just down the road by the canal. Made good use of the washing machine. Great instructions for where to park the car and get into the apartment. The lovely owners left us a care package of wine, chips and cookies. Very much appreciated.
Bit disappointed not to see the canal from the apartment - my mistake. No clothes dryer in the apartment. Thank goodness for a huge airer, but how do people dry their clothes when it's not a heat wave?

When arriving at the apartment it was clean, modern and comfortable for our girls weekend in Warwickshire.The location of the apartment is brilliant. We would 100% stay again - highly recommend!

Explanation on how to locate lock box from parking space not adequate as all flats in the area were numbered the same.
Could do with a deep clean.
Duvet and pillows need replacing.
