Amazing little cottage next to a fantastic pub with great beers and food. Made to feel very welcome by Tom and the team. Only a 20 min walk into the centre of Warwick and the castle. An ideal place for a short break in Warwick.

Absolutely loved staying 5 nights in this gorgeous cottage.Small but had everything we needed.the staircases were a bit challenging however we managed.Clean with a fully equipped kitchen.Bed was very comfortable.Location was perfect.Just a short walk into lovely Warwick.Sky TV in the lounge room was a bonus.Will be back to stay again .

Warm cottage, comfortable bed. Pub next door friendly and good food. When weather warmer you can sit outside near the water, unfortunately it was cold and wet for us.

A really warm and welcoming home. Just like home from home. Very cosy and warm when the nights were cold. You’re not too far from many great places to visit. The pub is right next door and also the canal so many lovely walks can be had. Very impressed with everything in the cottage. The whole house and surrounding area has plenty of character.
