Nice stay

Good arrival instructions provided, easy to locate key box and access to property. Onsite parking for the 3 cars we had. The property has been nicely decorated and has everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of space in the living / dining room for the 3 guests it accommodates. Plenty of hot water. Good location for a short walk into town.

There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, so after 3 showers it was pretty hot and steamy! The bed in the single room had a very saggy mattress - felt like being cocooned, not in a good way!

Absolutely great

It was super clean, well decorated, had everything we needed, great location to get to the city centre with just a few minutes' walk. Nice spacious flat.

On our first night the neighbour was having a rave techno party with really loud music that went on past midnight. Fortunately it was only that one night.

Excellent apartment stay

Very nice apartment. Good location for centre of Leamington. Very clean and goo clear comms from the owner.

Only issue was being on ground floor did not feel could leave windows open overnight for security. Maybe a fan would be good to help cool the bedrooms.

Modern well equipped apartment in good location

Excellent location for town centre and station, free reserved parking close by and and a very well equipped flat perfect for short or longer stays.

Double bed was comfy but a bit small but not a major issue.

Great location for Leamington town centre, comfortable, well-equipped

Location is great, not the fanciest part of Leamington, but it was quiet and felt safe. Close enough to the town centre to leave the car in the designated parking space and walk. Flat is obviously very recently decorated and furnished, everything is new. It was modern, smart and comfortable. Plenty of storage in the main bedroom. We were able to cook a dinner for 4 in the kitchen. We only stayed a couple of nights but would use again for a longer stay.

Water pressure in the electric shower could have been better. Suggest a sturdy towel rail you can lean on when getting out of the shower-bath as the bath edge is quite high. No corkscrew or tea towels. The flat is ground floor so you can't leave the windows open wide overnight if it's hot.

Superb

A lovely apartment with everything you need. The washer dryer was really handy because we have a toddler. Jephson Gardens are only a ten minute walk away and if you want a supermarket it's a 20 minute walk along the canal. The host was so helpful and responsive.

The flat is not toddler friendly but we spent a lot of time out and about so that wasn't a major concern. The main door to the building didn't close easily so people had to slam it - but nobody came back late at night so it didn't wake us up.

The stay in many ways exceeded my expectations due to the high quality of the interior.

The quality of the decor, kitchen equipment and furnishing which was all excellent. The easy to understand instructions and the location was great for an easy walk into Royal Leamington Spa town centre.

Within the property nothing could have been better. As a ground floor apartment with a path just outside which is used as an access route, some disturbance is possible from outside.
