Good location but they need to focus on maintining it for customers
Very good location with many good restaurants at your door step
It was not cleaned, sheets were left not changed for us with hair on them, kitchen sink clogged, bathroom drain clogged which meant when you had a shower a lot of particles would float on your feet and dishwasher was left full stacked.

Great location but basic apartment
Perfect location near Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champ-Élysée.
No toilet paper, no Toaster, no TV and no coffee provided. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Overpriced apartment. Best only for 1 night stay.

Paris is beautiful but apartment was hard due to heat.
The area surrounding the area.
The one bathroom down steep stairs that you had to bend over so as not to hit your head. Too hot with no windows that you can get some air circulation. The difficulty in getting checked in with no Wi-Fi. Would have liked getting entry directions sooner instead of trying to get Wi-Fi on the street and two kids.

The toilet and one room is in the basement. The stairs to basement make lot of noise which disturbs the one sleeping in the basement room.

An ok stay in a great location
Location was good, size was great for a family.
Overall the furnishing were ok but could have been improved easily for not much cost. The bathroom only had 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, the wine bottle opener was broken, one of the fans made a horrible noise. The entire place could have been cleaner and bath towels smelled kinda sour.

Disappointing last 2 nights in Paris!
The Location
First, was way overpriced, second, there was no mention that the bathroom is in the basement and was so tight for a family of 6. It maybe ok for 3 but definitely not more. It smelled like sewage with dirty brush. The sink stopper was missing, The front room is literally on the street, felt we were sleeping outside. Not much circulation! The mattress was so stiff, like sleeping on plywood! There were mismatched towels, one roll of TP, no kitchen towels, no hooks on walls or shelfs to put stuff anywhere. Nowhere to put your suitcases except on floor! No cutting board or bread knife, corkscrew was completely broken. Having spent 10 days in 2 different places that were just so wonderful made this place look awful.
Could have made it much better if few little details were paid attention to. For $600+ a night, should have been better.
I know the bathroom location couldn’t been changed but minor details could have made it more acceptable.

Location and price can't be beat! Would stay here again!
The location of the apartment is perfect! Short distance to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph and really loved seeing the Tower lit up at night. Garage parking close by as well as many restaurant choices. Would definitely stay here again. Great apartment to chill and rest at the end of the day.

L'emplacement est vraiment top pour pouvoir faire pas mal de choses lors d un weekend.
On était sept et soucis de papier toilette, pas de sopalin, pas de bouilloire pas même quelques dosettes café offertes ou encore une bouteille d'eau juste pour l'accueil et pour le prix payé. Des choses qui nous semblent juste un minimum ds un logement de location.

Me gustó que estaba bien ubicado y era un apartamento muy bonito y limpio
No me gustó que al tirar de la cadena o al ducharme suena algo muy feo, a y que en España el baño normalmente está en el mismo piso, en este no, el baño tiene unas escaleras para una especie de “sótano”, hay que tener cuidado porque si eres muy alto corres peligro de darte en la cabeza con la pared y que las escaleras son de madera y hacen bastante ruido. Otra cosa que podría estar mejor es que hubiera TV

Maravillosa estadía con vista a Torre Eiffel
La ubicación es inmejorable, era espectacular ver la Torte Eiffel al salir de la puerta del departamento. Bastante cerca a pie de todos los lugares de interés. El depto. Muy bien abastecido de todo lo necesario, y con lugares cercas para comprar y para comer o beber algo si se deseaba. Las habitaciones muy bien.
El único tema es que el baño del depto. Se encuentra en el piso de abajo, hay que bajar unas escaleras un poco empinadas, y a mi cuñada que tiene un problema de las caderas le complicó, para tener en cuenta. El baño muy bien equipado eso si, y habia una habitación abajo al lado del baño de todas formas.

NO es lo que se ve en las fotos.
El espacio es diminuto, la cama principal era la única decente. La cama de arriba es en realidad un altillo de 1 metro de altura (debes entrar casi que acostado), todas las camas son incómodas (somier sin tablillas) con varillas que tallan el cuerpo
Desde que llegamos olía horrible, humedad y sucio.
Un solo baño en el sótano, con olor horrible y la ducha siempre se inundaba con agua que se compartía con el sanitario.
Las sábanas estaban sucias y las toallas estaban mojadas y olían mal.
A uno de nosotros lo picaron las pulgas mientras dormía.
Los ventiladores estaban completamente empolvados y no funcionaban bien.
Los techos del sótano estaban todos en obra sin terminar y olía fuertemente a humedad

Tutto il resto. All’inizio sembrava tutto a posto, fino al momento in cui siamo arrivati davanti all’appartamento. Il check-in era previsto per le 15:00, ma non ci era stato inviato il codice per ritirare le chiavi. Abbiamo provato a contattare la proprietaria, ma senza risposta.
Per puro caso, abbiamo trovato la donna delle pulizie entrando nell’edificio, le abbiamo chiesto come fare per accedere e lei ha chiamato la proprietaria da un numero privato. Solo allora la proprietaria ci ha risposto e ha detto che non aveva pulito l’appartamento perché non avevamo risposto a un suo messaggio inviato quella mattina — mentre noi eravamo in volo, quindi ovviamente non podíamos rispondere.
Usare questa come giustificazione per non aver pulito l’appartamento è assurdo. Il check-in era alle 15:00, quindi l’appartamento doveva essere pronto a quell’ora, indipendentemente da qualsiasi messaggio. Inoltre, ci ha detto che dovevamo pagare la tassa di soggiorno prima di ricevere il codice delle chiavi. Risultato: siamo riusciti ad entrare solo verso le 18:00, dopo più di due ore di attesa al sole, seduti sul marciapiede di un bar, spendendo soldi e cercando di contattarla senza successo.
Alla fine, esausti, siamo tornati davanti all’appartamento e dopo un’altra mezz’ora di attesa la donna delle pulizie è uscita. Abbiamo deciso di entrare comunque, perché era diventato insostenibile. Ma il peggio è stato dentro: la casa era sporca, con peli nel bagno e condizioni igieniche precarie. Nonostante la donna delle pulizie sia rimasta più di tre ore dentro l’appartamento, non sembrava aver fatto nulla.
La comunicazione è stata pessima, la pulizia inesistente, e l’esperienza del check-in è stata un incubo. Siamo stati costretti a dormire lì solo per quella noite, e il giorno successivo abbiamo cambiato alloggio. Nessun rimborso, nessuna scusa, nessun gesto per compensare il disagio. Un’esperienza assolutamente negativa. Sconsigliatissimo.

Помешкання має гарне розташування ,поряд
Ейфелева вежа та тріумфальна арка, багато закладів де можна смачно поїсти. У квартирі було чисто.
Ми прибули у Париж і власник повідомив нам, що ми не можемо лишитися на першу ніч (ми бронювали на три ночі), тому маємо знайти нове житло на добу. Він сказав що виникла помилка і там ще проживають
люди. Це спричинило багато
незручностей ,зіпсований настрій та додаткові витрати. З рештою ми заїхали у житло на наступний день. На групу з 6 людей у приміщенні лишили 1
початий рулон туалетного паперу. Рушники були не
повністю сухі,а у душі довго сходить вода.у помешканні НЕМАЄ дзеркала окрім маленького у ванній кімнаті. Я би дуже радила власнику подбати
про це,бо це також дуже не зручно, особливо для
квартири, яка розрахована на таку кількість людей. Зараз ми очікуємо на повернення коштів за першу ніч,яку нам так і не вдалося провести у наших апартаментах.

الموقع رائع جدا ،، و نظيفه و مرتبه و امنه طوال فتره الاقامة اعجبتني ،،، صحيح ان باب الشقه على الشارع واسمع الاصوات لكن ماتفرق معاي …دورة المياه بالطابق السفلي والنزول لها بدرج خشب مائل جدا لكن يجيب الحذر عند النزول …بالنسبه للموقع و القيمة تعتبر رائعه في قلب باريس

Nie polecam tego obiektu! Najgorsze doświadczenie podczas pobytu w Paryżu. Wynajęłam miejsce na pobyt z rodziną i byliśmy zszokowani warunkami.
Higiena na dramatycznym poziomie – łóżka były zainfekowane pluskwami !!!
Brudne naczynia – na kubkach były ślady pomadki, a talerze wyglądały, jakby nie były myte po poprzednich gościach.
Nieprzyjemny zapach – ręczniki śmierdziały, a całe mieszkanie sprawiało wrażenie nieposprzątanego.
Brak podstawowych udogodnień – brakowało telewizora.
Fatalny kontakt z właścicielką – nie mogłam się z nią skontaktować przez długi czas, co tylko zwiększyło stres związany z tym pobytem.
Jeśli zależy Wam na czystości, komforcie i dobrym kontakcie z gospodarzem, szukajcie innego miejsca!
