Great location, the price we paid was to high for what it had to offer , mediocre at best.

Great location! Really close to the metro station. After checking inn we walked straight to the Eiffel Tower. Also the Arc of Triumph was really close. As far as the location is concerned, it was superb.

- after cheching-in we had to pay a 175 euro „city tax” without a receiving a receipt; - no toaster and the electric kettle was broken (water leaked everywhere). Both were replaced after we complained; - no furniture in the rooms. We had to keep our belongins in our travel bags. With three children, ages 6, 9 & 9 y.o., you can imagine how fun that was; - the toillet is located on an underground level, accessible only by a very steep set of stairs. One of the children and one of the adults fell down these stairs during our stay; - the toillet bowl wans't fixed to the floor and you had to be extra carefull when you had to sit down on it; - also regarding the bathroom/toillet room, I have to say that it was equipped with the worlds smallest lavatory. Barely big enough to grab a double handfull of water to wash your face. I don't understand why, because there is ample space in the room for a bigger fixture; - the pictures shown on-line are misleading in the sense that they portray the location as being bigger than it actually is. In reality the bedrooms are so narrow that you can't even leave your trollers unpacked beside the beds. Beside the beds (which were barely robust enough) the only other furniture in the room was comprised of two very small nightstands; - lots of dust under the beds. The cleaning was done properly only where the eye could see at first glance.

El apartamento estaba infestado de chinches. No pudimos dormir en las camas, nos levantamos con el cuerpo lleno de picadas. Intentamos hablar con la anfitriona dando callada por respuesta. A través de Booking pedimos un realojamiento y después de la segunda noche tuvimos que abandonar el apartamento. Como estaba pagado por adelantado, no dio ninguna posible solución al respecto, cobrando la estancia completa. No aconsejo alojarse en ese apartamento por insalubridad.

L’appartement n’était pas prêt à notre arrivée alors que l’on avait eu la dame au téléphone qui nous avait dit que c’était tout bon, les serviettes étaient propres mais trempées, inutilisables

Idéalement situé. Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable pour une famille de 5. Il y a une aire de livraison devant l’appartement qui permet de stationner juste devant la porte le temps de décharger.
