Loved the location and the apartment was perfect for what you would need for a few nights in Paris
We were there during very warm weather. It was 38 degrees which meant the apartment was extremely warm. There was fans provided but it didn’t help much in the heat, however, I don’t think that level of heat is there much in Paris so in general it would be fine there

Perfect location for one or two nights for the first time Paris visit , less than 10mts walk to metro, most of the popular locations are so nearby. Very secure building. Appartement very neat and clean
The rooms and the hallways are to tight or narrow and Loks a little smaller than it shows in the photo. A foul smell which comes in between made the stay little uncomfortable.

Not accommodating personnel. We could not do 1h later check out and No storage facilities for the luggage on the location. Only paid 3rd party services were advised Entry to the property like an escape room.4 codes to enter the room ( building; section; floor; room)
