Perfect location for one or two nights for the first time Paris visit , less than 10mts walk to metro, most of the popular locations are so nearby. Very secure building. Appartement very neat and clean
The rooms and the hallways are to tight or narrow and Loks a little smaller than it shows in the photo.
A foul smell which comes in between made the stay little uncomfortable.

Great location, next to everything.
We got the 3 person room for 4 nights.
First, I get a message saying that check-in would have to be delayed since the room wasn’t ready, but as a compensation I would get an extended check out time to 12. We were fine with that.
You have to hop over at least 2 steps to get to the room, and then once again to get to the toilet. We were also fine with that, but it can be a hazard.
What I wasn’t fine with was that after arriving late and heading straight to bed, we discovered multiple blonde hairs on the bed linens. We are all brunettes. We notified them and they immediately changed the sheets.
After the second night they offered to change the towels for us, which of course we agreed. We had bundled the towels on the corner for convenience, only to discover them right were we left them when we came back late at night. I messaged them asking what happened and to please change the towels. Their response was “Sorry for the inconvenience. However, it seems that our cleaning service confirmed to us that they have done the necessary”. The room was not entered at all! I expressed that and was notified that they would come the next day. They did, but only left 2 towels instead of 3 and did not take the old ones.
Finally, before our check out, I confirmed twice about check out time of 12pm. They confirmed this. On the day we were supposed to check out we went to breakfast, only to come back at 11:15 to find our room locked with our luggage inside. I had to call them for them to unlock the room. Luckily our train got delayed and we were still able to make it, but it was so stressful.
I would not stay here again and would definitely not recommend it for more than 2 nights or more than 2 people.
