Would suggest only for a night or 2, only if you have a lot of patience.

Great location, next to everything.

We got the 3 person room for 4 nights. First, I get a message saying that check-in would have to be delayed since the room wasn’t ready, but as a compensation I would get an extended check out time to 12. We were fine with that. You have to hop over at least 2 steps to get to the room, and then once again to get to the toilet. We were also fine with that, but it can be a hazard. What I wasn’t fine with was that after arriving late and heading straight to bed, we discovered multiple blonde hairs on the bed linens. We are all brunettes. We notified them and they immediately changed the sheets. After the second night they offered to change the towels for us, which of course we agreed. We had bundled the towels on the corner for convenience, only to discover them right were we left them when we came back late at night. I messaged them asking what happened and to please change the towels. Their response was “Sorry for the inconvenience. However, it seems that our cleaning service confirmed to us that they have done the necessary”. The room was not entered at all! I expressed that and was notified that they would come the next day. They did, but only left 2 towels instead of 3 and did not take the old ones. Finally, before our check out, I confirmed twice about check out time of 12pm. They confirmed this. On the day we were supposed to check out we went to breakfast, only to come back at 11:15 to find our room locked with our luggage inside. I had to call them for them to unlock the room. Luckily our train got delayed and we were still able to make it, but it was so stressful. I would not stay here again and would definitely not recommend it for more than 2 nights or more than 2 people.

Tiny apartment

Location Location Location!! Fantastic.

Apartment exceptionally small for 3 adults. There were so many steps. It had a big step to get up into appt once you opened the door., then you had to step down again into appt. You had ,again step up and down to get into the toilet, Not easy when you have heavy suitcases. Nor to go to the toilet during the night. In all the advertising and information and photos, there is no mention of any of this, we weren't impressed when we arrived.

Perfect stay for a short trip in Paris exceptionally for first visit

Perfect location for one or two nights for the first time Paris visit , less than 10mts walk to metro, most of the popular locations are so nearby. Very secure building. Appartement very neat and clean

The rooms and the hallways are to tight or narrow and Loks a little smaller than it shows in the photo. A foul smell which comes in between made the stay little uncomfortable.

Location was excellent. Getting in was easy.

Cleanliness was terrible. Mould and spit/drool stains on the pillows. No pillow protection cover, judt a sinple pillow case. Horrid hygeine concerns. 1 pillow per person. No option for an extra pillow or blanket. 1 towel for 3 nights. No option to get extra towel. Mould in crevices of shower/bathroom. Room always smelt of Mould when coming back in at the end of the day, terrible ventilation.

Not a good experience

Very dissapointed with WS Champs. We were cancelled from our original place because of electrical issues. They said they had another room with the same address which we accepted. As we reached the location after a long uber ride, we were given another address in another area of town. There is no way to reach anyone except by whatsapp or booking.com chat. It was too late for us to cancel and find a new place. They said they would give us breakfast but it never came. They did offer a small refund. This is supposed to be a two bedroom but it is acutally one bedroom with no room for luggage. The other bedroom is in the middle of the main room where there is a table only. I would never book with WS Champs again.

Access to the room was weird and the entrance looks like a garage. Access code to gain entry to a very long marble corridor. Then having to use a 2nd Access code to gain entry to the lift. After that, using another access code to gain entry to the apartment corridor. And then when you get to the room , another access code to get into the room. The room was very basic with basic fixtures and fitting. It was a place to sleep and store our baggage!

Good value for the location

If you like shopping, this is the place to stay. It's very close to The Champs-Élysées, yet it's quiet. There is a subway station within walking distance. The cleaning ladies were very nice to allow us to store our luggage before our checking-in time while they cleaned the room. It is equipped with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a stove. It is good value for a single traveler or a couple for a short stay.

It is very tiny. But for the price and location, it is of good value. It is not accessible as it has steps to get into the room and the shower. There is a ceiling fan, but no AC. The general area outside of the room has litter. The bedding smelt like body odor.

Great location but do not recomment

Great Location! Very close to everything like Eiffel Tour, Arc de triomphe.

Too small, the second bedroom was actually a tiny bed incorporated in the main room with small kitchen etc. The toilet was in a different small room versus the sink and the shower. AC was actually a fan on the ceiling and it did not properly work. during the night, it was very noisy. The building entrance is working based on codes, and every other entrance is with codes -too many.

Disappointing

Location, was close to get to most places.

My room absolutely did not look like the room in the pictures. It was a mission to get from the street to the room. Through 4 different security doors with 4 different codes. Once you got to the room access is terrible. Do not stay in room 68 if you have mobility issues. There is a step up as soon as you open the door and then a small gap to get past the bed and a pole. I had to lift my suitcase over the bed to get it past. Shower was filthy with black mould all inside and the shower base was raised about 30 off the floor so you needed to step up into it and down out of it. Again an issue if your mobility issues a bit restricted. The room was very hot and the air conditioning control had a sticker over it saying it was out of order. There was a small round fan on the ceiling that only gave airflow if you are directly under it. Not great on a hot summer day. Walls were paper thin and could hear the mobile phone of the room next door vibrating all night. All inside all this was a very disappointing stay for the cost. There are many great reviews but I think there may be some better rooms but #68 was not one of them.

A great location near Paris attractions. I am

The locations is great. Most things to see were within walking distance. Close to hop on hop off bus stops. Many good food options available with grocery stores nearby. Host was very good with communication.

The kitchenette was stocked with minimum essentials for cooking. We didn’t even try to make a dinner. The shower wand’s wall mount was broken which should have been fixed before we got there. Not enough soundproofing- we could hear others’ conversations.

The location was fantastic

It said accessible by lift, which is true, but it's not wheelchair or pram friendly, tiny lift, narrow hallways, little steps everywhere, which we had to navigate our disabled daughter through. Also, the construction work is still ongoing (may 2023), not the owners fault, but be aware you'll be woken at 6:30 am every morning with a lot of banging. We had an issue one day when our daughters' nappy leaked o to our quilt, which needed changing. The managers of the apartment couldn't help, so we had to take the quilt ourselves to the local laundromat to wash and dry it.

Stylish property, Fantastic location, excellent service

The location is perfect for easy access to sightseeing in Paris and the train to Disney. The apartment is well decorated and has a stylish modern theme. The service and communication before arrival was efficient and the offer of fresh towels and linen during the stay was excellent service.

The property was perfect in every way the only issue was the building work going on right outside starting very early in the morning. This is obviously not a reflection on the fantastic property and excellent service, however, had the fact that it’s currently next to a building site been communicated before booking I may have thought twice.

I would pick this place again

Very good location close to bars restaurants, transports, shops, sightseeings. Very sweet room with great decoration and all the important accommodation. Has a fridge, central and extra heater which you can operate whenever you feel cold. Always hot water. Also iron, microwave were useful. The owners were answering through whatsapp immediately

I don't consider these as problems, as more of suggestions. You can add different shampoo and bath milk for a better quality. Also a minus is the sound pollution that starts early in the morning because of the renovation of a building near by but I guess you can't do anything about it. Thankfully they don't work on weekends so everything is quiet then
