Great location, but the apartment is not as described: one “bedroom” is not independent, and the host refused to acknowl

The location is very convenient and the building is well situated for getting around Paris.

The listing was wrong. It was advertised as a “two-bedroom / two-room apartment”, however one of the bedrooms does not have a proper separate door, meaning it is not an independent bedroom and offers no privacy. This is a key requirement when booking a two-bedroom stay. We raised this issue immediately with photos, but the host insisted there was nothing wrong and did not provide a fair solution. This is not a matter of preference — an independent bedroom requires a proper door for privacy. The listing did not disclose this limitation. The host insisted the layout was acceptable and did not acknowledge the mismatch with the listing description.

the location was great, super central, but still in a pretty quiet neighbourhood. The Bathroom was allright, exactly what we expected.

there were 12 lights in a room of 12m2, seems a bit out of place. there was also just a bit to much cramped into the small room, like an extra chair and desk is just quite unnecessary. Also would have rather slept on a real bed instead of a fold in one... also an odd choice.

All unsanitary, They did not clean the apartment and did not change the bedsheets and pillow cover, odor of the previous person who stayed still lingers on the room.

No staff, no information, no communication, broken promises.

It was close to the Champs Elysees.

The power went out for 24 hours. No radiator when it was 30° outside. No lights whatsoever. No information on updates once reported. No staff on site. A previous message said that breakfast was offered. But breakfast was not even an option. There has been no communication about my request for a refund for the last night. I had to leave because I could not take a shower or do any work before my flight left. Overall, this was a terrible, terrible stay.

DO NOT BOOK THIS! The property is very poorly managed. The responses on chat are automated and no-one is actually taking your request into consideration. The property had a power outage the night we were staying there, and they did not provide alternative accommodation or even blankets. They did not call the technician or manager of the hotel, both were unavailable (as though a power outage and guests left in the cold was not an urgency) we had to stay in the cold dark hotel room all night as no other hotel what a free room. We ran out of there as soon as it was morning. do not book this. The staff don’t care. There is no one at reception. All your calls will go to off-shore customer centre who don’t do anything!

New and spacious bathroom, but the drain doesn't run and the shower is broken. The place is on the first floor, literally on the sidewalk, and the second room is actually built into the other room. Nevertheless - it is a very cozy and nice apartment, a great location.

Good for a traveller who wants to explore Paris

Location Location Location Had everything we needed Space was cramped but sufficient for those using a room as a place to sleep only. Ideal for us who wanted to explore all day and eat out.

Flight was in before 12 so had texted property to ask if early check in was possible. It wasnt which was fine. So waited until 3pm only to receive a text from property to say the apt wasnt cleaned and wouldnt be ready until 5pm. But they would gift a late check out at 12. Bad math. 2 hr later check in does not equal 1 hour reimbursement. Plus the cleaner was knocking on the door at 10.40 to clean on checkout day.

Poor maintenance, no support, and zero risk management

Location

The property is small but fine for a short stay. However, the shower head was already damaged when we arrived and broke completely on the second day — something the cleaning team or management should have fixed beforehand. On our last night, there was a complete electricity blackout in the building. Customer service was totally unhelpful, saying the manager would only start at 11 a.m. (our checkout time). They offered no solution — no place to shower, charge our phones, or even a later checkout. All appliances were electric (kettle, stove, etc.), so we couldn’t prepare anything or even boil water. We had to stop at a café the next morning to charge our phones before continuing our trip. Our phones were essential to access our itinerary, boarding passes, and for making payments, so this caused real stress and delays. There was a clear lack of risk management and no ready solutions for guests in emergencies. They also promised a refund, but after almost three months and several follow-ups, nothing has been processed. Very disappointing experience.

-The password ok the room door was bugging all time, you need to enter the code many times to have it open (the building door works perfectly) -Doesn’t look super clean, some towels are almost dark -Waiting time too long to get some hot water for shower, guess the build is old, the they need to heat the water -City tax need to be paid by cash in a envelope, so 1 more thing take care during a rush schedule -Quite small actually, for 1 night is OK

After waiting for reply’s to messages as we were emailed the wrong code, we had to ask the doorman next door to call. Mattress extremely hard.. pillows were not comfortable and the towels were clean but more like bath mat size and very discoloured (grey) and Frey. No bath mat making it very dangerous getting out of shower.

The location is perfect

The apartment was dusty, the towels were dingy, and the bathroom had a roof leak that kept it flooded the entire time. The fan was wired to the same switch as the light, so turning off the lights also turned off the fan. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning.

NO TOILET PAPER FOR MY WHOLE STAY and the cleaning lady came to tell me there was no more in the whole building, so resourcefulness is not their asset I messaged them as soon as I got in the apartment, sent emails and called and still the next day the cleaning lady showed up empty handed. I asked for a refund for various reasons (no air conditioning, just small fan that spread even more heat, had to open the windows/ moskitos and noises, did not sleep all night, my kids couldn’t go to the bathroom, we had to run to the closest coffee shop… nightmare! They laughed in my face and gave me 20 euros back! I never give bad reviews, this one is the first and hopefully the last. I am not a complainer but to be treated less than a human doesn’t make sense to me, basic needs should be provided, especially when you reserve through booking! Very disappointed

Great location but unresponsive staff

Great location minutes away from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Nice big window with good airflow.

The shower was not draining which made it unusable. Because there is no staff on site and all communication is through WhatsApp there was a delay in solving the problem. The team was quick to offer us a move (they said to a location only 200m away, turned out to be 800m) but it took almost 3 hours to get instructions on how to get into the new apartment. This meant we were packing our bags and walking to the new location at 10pm after having travelled for almost 24 hours. A tough start to our otherwise wonderful trip!

Fault didnt had any instructions so couldnt use it and the window was broken and couldnt close it shut. The elevator also wasnt working on the first day of my stay so I had to take the suitcases up the stairs for 3 levels.

Excellent location

I was there for 7 nights and I had to beg for change of towels which only happened once, more toilet paper and to throw out the garbage. The kept saying they would but they didn’t. I ended up throwing out the garbage myself and buying toilet paper. The room was tiny aswell but I knew that before I came. Great for a short stay but not a long one.

Prime location

Property was in a great location with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Close to lots of restaurants/shops and walking distance to most attractions.

Aircon didn’t work. It was extremely hot in the apartment and when we left the windows open there was lots of bugs that came into the room. The bathroom smelt like urine.

But the room is so hot, and I can't use the fan when I turn off the light. This is really a strange design. The sink drain is very clogged. And the WiFi connection is really bad. The funny thing is the steward failed to help me resolve these problem. In general, it is really a bad experience.

Disappointing, not recommendable

Nothing! We wanted to leave the first day we arrived at the apartment because so many things didn’t work and the property manager ignored every complaint and even lied.

We booked this accommodation to have an apartment not a hotel room. The fridge did NOT work. Not much of a kitchen, hardly any kitchen utensils, just a small portable cooker. It was over 34 degrees in Paris. NO AC, just a ceiling fan. The towels, bed linens and pillows were old, smelly and moldy. No toiletries! Extremely small, no space for a suitcase. We called, wrote message after message even sent videos about these issues to the property owner, but they did nothing. They kept telling us, "yes, they will check, but didn’t" We asked to cancel our stay, but they didm’t accept. We asked for a compensation, but we got NOTHING. They dragged on our stay and got our money. We were so desperate that we even called BOOKING.COM.

Amazing location and peaceful street. Secure property and quiet residence.Fantastic to have kitchen facilities and kitchenette was well equipped. We were also grateful for the fridge.

The beds weren’t overly comfortable and some more pillows would have helped. The air con was not very efficient so the apartment got very hot. With 3 cases, once unpacked we had very little space to move around and kept catching our legs on the sharp metal corners of the main bed.

There is nothing to complain about in the hotel. There is no such thing as customer service, the room is dirty, there was a technical problem in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning in the room. There is no regular water in the room. I do not recommend it to anyone. It is impossible to open the window on the 1st floor, the person passing by can see the inside of the house. The air is hot, there is no air conditioning. I told them about the problem, but they did not solve our problem.

CHAMPS ELYSEES PLEASE!!!!

CHAMPS ELYSEES!!! I can’t say enough how convenient this place is! I walked to almost every major landmark in Paris, including; Champs of course, Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palace, Lourve, Moulin Rouge, Pont de Arts, and the Eiffel Tower. I only needed transport to and from the airport. This place may be small in USA standards, but I promise, it is everything anyone could need. With 2 queen sized beds, it is large enough for 2 adult couples or a family of 4 (or 5 if small children). Full kitchen provides convenience for longer stays. There is a grocery store very nearby called “Monoprix” for any additional needs. I was more than satisfied with my stay and would definitely stay again when visiting Paris!

Minimal services and response to issues

The location

They did not care that the elevator was not working except to suggest that we switch rooms with our son to the fourth floor and take the ground floor. They did nothing about our report of a clogged shower drain that we then had to work around for the next three days of our stay. They lost our reservation and despite contacting them several days ahead, they were not expecting us until I called Jet Blue vacations to follow up with them. They offered us a change of towels but did not provide them. The location was very good and the bed was comfortable. The lack of care and response was very disappointing and I would never stay with them again.
