WS Champs-Elysées - Colomb

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive through Booking and always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. The location is excellent, and it was also great to have an elevator in the building. One thing that really impressed us was that, even though it’s an apartment, they offered to clean the apartment and change our towels during our stay. We really appreciated that extra service. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money.

Nothing

Great location, super easy check-in and the staff were helpful when answering questions. The room at a ventilator fan (not actual air conditioning) but it was in the early 20’s so the room wasn’t too hot!

It is quite expensive for the space you get, however, it is located in a great spot so it’s worth it.

Very good location and clean. Closer to many places and I can explore without having to worry about it. Comfortable table and quiet even though closer to a main street.

The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation, and also will like some small long life milks for coffee & tea. For the city tax payment could there be another payment option such as online card payment.

Location was great Clean

While the location was excellent, both the internet and the elevator were out of service for almost half of our stay. These amenities were an important part of why we chose this property, and their unavailability significantly affected our experience. I understand that unexpected problems can happen, but communication was an issue as well.
