Villa Poncelet

Location was great. Easy access to restaurants and public transport.

A bit squishy for 4 adults and 2 kids but we made it work.

The location is great, very near to Champs-Élysées. My room was street level so no need to lug suitcases upstairs which is great. Apartment is quite well equipped with good sized rooms. Aircon comes from 1 room to cool down the whole apartment. Heaters in all rooms.

Room is room level so can smell second hand smoke from outside the street from one of the rooms. The ceiling leaked one day above the kitchen area, which was unexpected and unpleasant. Toilet is somewhat small so not for big sized/ long legged people. Apartment as a whole is a little old. Host can be misleading in communication - note that there's typically no early check in.

Excellent position close to the metro station and the Arc de Triomphe.

bed was comfy, location was not too far from Arc de triomphe. Self checkin and self checkout was very easy. Decor was nice.

very tight apartment for a family of 5, absolutely no storage space… didn’t like the toilet being separated from the bathroom… toilet was in some sort of tiny laundry closet… the apartment needs a lot of work (cabinetry in the kitchen, floors, doors, walls…). The apartment was clean when we arrived… but questionable… some areas were quite dusty…It didnt feel like the sparkly clean feel you get when you walk into a freshly clean hotel room. For the price we paid, it was quite a disappointment, especially when we compare to other rental apartments in other parts of Europe…
