Residence Tour Eiffel by Studio prestige

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, mitten im Herzen von Paris und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Eiffelturm entfernt. Direkt vor der Tür findet man alles, was das französische Lebensgefühl ausmacht: Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Käsehändler, Metzger sowie zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie ein Tourist, sondern wie ein echter Pariser, da man mitten im lebendigen Alltag der Stadt wohnt. Besonders schön war es, morgens frische Croissants und andere Köstlichkeiten direkt um die Ecke für das Frühstück einzukaufen. Das Appartement selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit vier Personen. Es war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Geschirr

Location was terrific. Within 10-15 walk to access the metro, buses, local trains. Eiffel Tower was a 15 minute walk. Rue Cler was 10 minutes walk. Many cafes, patisseries, in the neighborhood. The Louvre, Orsay museum and Place de Concorde, Tuillerie Gardens all a short bus ride away.

There is a washing machine in the apt but no drying function or a separate dryer. No good instructions on how to use the washing machine. There are pictographs on a dial to indicate different types of washing cycles but no explanation of their meanings. Clear explanations would have been helpful. Will have to take washed clothes to a launderette to dry them. But there are 2-3 launderettes close by within 5-10 minutes walk. Also kitchen was minimally supplied. We had to purchase a couple of bowls in order to eat breakfast cereal and yogurt. There are small but well stocked grocery stores nearby within a few minutes walk. Good to know is that the grocery stores don’t give you a bag for your groceries but will sell you one or you can bring your own. The apt was spacious, larger than we expected. The pullout sofa looked to be king size though we didn’t use it . The bathroom had a good shower head with strong stream of water and we never ran out of hot water. The bed was large and had a comfortable foam mattress.

Al ser un bajo había bastante humedad, está un poco expuesto a la calle y había algunas hormigas sobre todo en la cocina

No Breakfast

Very Noisy, the outside door slams extremely hard when closed and every time it was a massive BANG, that woke us up all night. As well the wall were paper thin, so you could hear everything outside. There were also ants all over the kitchen area.
