The apartment is designed with open living and dining areas. The living space is elegantly furnished with two sofas and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The five-person dining table is ideal for having meals with loved ones. The space also includes large windows to enjoy the sunlight and the Eiffel Tower views from the comfort of your home.
The modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range appliances and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements, such as an electric stove, an oven and a kettle.
The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has twin beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

The 7th arrondissement is located on the left bank. It extends from rue des Saints-Pères to avenue de Suffren. The district is full of tourist sites and museums: between the Invalides and its Army Museum, the Eiffel Tower, which is no longer on display, the Grand Palais and its temporary exhibitions, which can be booked months in advance (but they are worth it!), the Quai Branly Museum and its collection from all over the world, the Rodin Museum and its many sculptures, and many more, your thirst for culture and the arts will be satisfied!
It is recommended that you experience the cooking delights of a starred chef, Jean-François Piège, head chef of the famous Crillon, who offers in his Thoumieux brewery an excellent value for money with a view of the Eiffel Tower! It is, without hesitation, my favourite spot in the neighbourhood.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Pont de l'Alma (RER C), is just an 8-minutes walk.
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

Managed by an agency. Well organized but a bit confusing who you were communicating with depending on if it was the local person who would let you in, or the agency online.
Amazing location, cannot be beat by any means. Plenty of restaurants, boulangeries, and steps from the Eiffel Tower.
We were a family with children on an extended stay. Place worked out well overall but a bit tight with kids.
The negative of this apartment was the quality of the furnishings (standard IKEA but quite old and noticeably so). Given host does extended stays (we did a month) I would expect more amenities. While the kitchen was equipped with plates, silverware, etc, we had to buy our own hand and dish soap, sponges, hand towels, etc, which would have been nice for the price.
Overall, apartment met our needs and would recommend.
