Appartement de standing 2 - tour Eiffel/Invalides

Having been given a door code, this was not correct. We had to rely on someone who was in the property who helped to contact the owner to get the correct codes x 2 for the outer and inner doors. This could have been a disaster if no one had come to our assistance leaving us outside with no way of getting to the accommodation. Having paid 300 euros as a deposit by paypal as requested we have 1/ had to chase the refund and 2/ only had 287.08 euros returned excuse being that it was paypals fault! The flat was advertised as 2 bedrooms but it was in fact a mezzanine 2nd bed above the first one and access by a very steep ladder not suitable for very young children or the elderly. Disappointed we had so many issues prior and after our visit and would say communication is a must for future visitors.

Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach traumhaft und es ist wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Fußläufig sind zahlreiche Cafés und Bistros zu erreichen und auch kleine Supermärkte. Den Eiffelturm erreicht man nach 5 Minuten Fußweg, toll! Unser Code für die Eingangstür der in der Gästemappe stand, war nicht der richtige, aber nachdem ich eine Nachricht an die Vermieterin geschrieben hatte, wurde uns sofort innerhalb von 5 Minuten weitergeholfen und der richtige Code geschickt, vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe!!

The apartment was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, very close to the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance to public transportation, making it very convenient to get around Paris. The room size was reasonable and comfortable for the stay.

Unfortunately, the heater in the room was not working properly — only one unit could be used, and it became very cold at night, making it difficult to sleep. Although the host could be contacted, the response time was quite slow. Additionally, a €300 security deposit had to be sent directly to the host via PayPal, and the transfer fees had to be paid by the guest. The toiletries (shampoo and soap) were provided only in small sachets and were of basic quality.
