* The double bed is on a raised mezzanine reached by a steep staircase. Going up and down, especially at night, requires care: this layout is not suitable for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility.
* At 30 m², the apartment is ideal for two. With three or four guests, the additional guests sleep on the living room sofa bed and the space becomes tight.
