It is the ideal place for a successful Parisian escapade, 2 minutes from the Champs de Mars and 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and the quays of the Seine, with family or friends

- 1 dining area with a dining table
- 1 fully equipped open-plan kitchen (combined microwave oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc.)
- 2 bedrooms with double beds and dressing rooms (1 with TV)
- 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower (including 1 toilet)
- 2 toilets
- 1 washing machine with dryer
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

Great location. It was a very easy process to check in and out. The communication with the host was AMAZING!!! They were very accommodating and always had an immediate response. Beds could have been more comfortable and the wifi didn't work but those are personal preferences. We also couldn't figure out the washer/dryer and showers were a tad difficult but we got through it. Overall, place was a great location, very clean, and the communication with the host makes it a 4/5 easily. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great apartment for families. The location is fantastic, very close to the metro and all the shops you’d need when travelling with kids. Communication with the host was smooth, and accessing the apartment was easy. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Perfect location. Exactly what we expected. Great food nearby. Pharmacy right outside. Only minor inconvenience was that they decided they needed to paint our door everyday we were there.

Everything was great! The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, the area was great. We don’t like touristy areas but it was still very close to everything either walking or train. The host was super responsive about all our questions and requests. I would definitely recommend!
