Welcome to my apartment! My recently renovated and bright 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located in the 7th district, the heart of the French capital!

Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday resort for your family holidays in Paris.

The Space:

Welcome to this 110m2 spacious and bright flat next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.

This apartment is divided into two individual units that can be separated from each other, ideal for groups of friends and families that want to stay together but enjoy some privacy. Each features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a well-equipped kitchen.

The apartment fits up to 10 guests and is divided into two units as follows:

Exterior unit:

- Dinning area and open kitchen

- Living room: double sofa bed

- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed

- Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed

- 2 showers and sink + 1 separate WC

Patio unit:

- Dinning area and open kitchen

- Living room: double sofa bed

This is an ideal location for tourists as it is surrounded by major tourist destinations, such as Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and Luxembourg Gardens. Le Bon Marché, the first department store in the world, and Hospital Necker, are located along the same street as the apartment. Very close to three Metro stations: Duroc (150m), Vanuea (210m), and Falguière (450m). Gare Montparnasse is 1km. away.

*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***

- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.

- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. Taxe de séjour PARIS

- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. No smoking on interior areas.

6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.

7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

You cannot beat the location of the property. It is very centrally located and we walked to many of the sites like the Louvre and the Arch DenTriumph. The metro is within minutes and even a main station like Montparrasse is less than ten minutes away. The owners had it stocked with necessities and there are shops at the entrance to the building that makes it very easy to purchase anything needed. The property is very secure and has three gates to go through to enter the apartment. The team was extremely responsive and I had answers literally within minutes. I also appreciated how easy it was to checkout. Effectively leave the key back where you found it - their cleaning team would take care of everything else - starkly different from other places we stayed in France. We were six - three couples in our 60s -but the apartment had only two bathrooms even though it had three showers. This was as advertised but it would have been nice for each of us to have our own bathrooms. I would highly recommend the property to anyone who wants a safe secure and large (by European standards) in central Paris. We will use them again for sure

I traveled with my family and spent a week at the apartment. It was clean and just as pictured on the listing. There was plenty of room for the five us. Also, the neighborhood was perfect. Just down the street is Le Bon Marche … we picked up gourmet sandwiches and drinks and had a picnic at the Eiffel Tower. The buses and subway stops are nearby as are tons of cafes and bakeries. When we first arrived, the code to the apt. did not work for us. I simply messaged on the app and they provided a new code immediately. In fact, they were incredibly responsive before arrival to after. Such a lovely place. We hope to return someday!

On the day before checkout, the property was flooded from an upstairs apt. leak and was not livable. Could not contact management company to stop and then access damage until hours later. No arrangements made to accommodate us (5 persons) until after we had left unit at their request and made arrangements for a hotel stay. Refund of partial night received after complaint filed. Asked for refund of one night's stay, security deposit, and transportation fee to new hotel which still not received. While I do understand that it was not their fault, I also know that I was not paid for a full night's stay, refund of my security deposit, and any additional consideration for our repacking and relocating to new place thru no fault of ours. Place was left clean except for towels and blankets on floor to soak up water.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and well-equipped. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, drying racks, fans, etc.It is perfect for two families, as it is really two apartments that have been combined. The street is loud at night, with lots of overnight traffic. We played white noise loudly on our phones and that helped immensely. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay! The one bedroom unit faces the courtyard and the two bedroom unit faces the street. Each has a living area, kitchen, and toilet. The two bedroom unit has two showers. It’s quite spacious. I loved that the windows open a bit at the top or fully as doors. No air conditioning (it’s Paris!) and we took advantage of the many fans throughout the unit. We didn’t cook besides making coffee and slicing baguettes, but you could. Easy walking to groceries, wine, bakeries, and cheese. I really enjoyed talking with the shopkeeper next door at Comtesse du Barry. Easy walking to Metro stops. I’d happily stay there again and hope to return to Paris soon.

The apartment is just as described. We had 2 families, 9 total, and it was nice having somewhat separate areas with one area being a little larger to gather. The neighborhood felt safe and Had plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores to grab take away within easy walking distance. We would stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality!

We were a group of six adults in Paris for a week and the apartment was ideal for the set up. It provided privacy if needed, but also common areas that everyone could gather. The location, which we were just guessing, if we would like it or not, ended up being central to everything we wanted to do and could easily walk or take the subway wherever we needed to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment which is excellently located in the Montparnasse area of Paris ...the flat was exactly as described. Slight problem in the entry system in the beginning with the entry system with two security codes but once we got the hang of it we found it easy. Overall perfect for a break to Paris with excellent transport connections and restaurants etc.

We were very pleased with our stay. The host was accommodating, friendly, and communicated well in advance of our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was stylishly decorated, and it included plenty of linens, towels, kitchen ware, and all the basics you would need for a stay. The layout works well for a group, allowing for both private spaces and gathering area. Best of all though: the location! Close to metro, Le Bon Marché, and a variety of grocers, fromageries, pâtisseries, etc., but a relaxed neighborhood feel. We would absolutely stay again when in Paris.

Showers do not drain well and overflow. Would be nice to have instructions for stoves and other appliances. European are not same as US. Perhaps in French, English and Spanish or some other language often used by renters. Great location for metro. 6 people, used 3 beds and one sofa. Great place for that number. Loved the location and how big the apartment is. Liked the fact that it gives a family a choice to be separate but together at the same time. The apartment was near a great Boulangerie, Fromagerie, food markets, pharmacies, shopping malls and metro stations. The only negative about the apartment was that the general breaker kept kept turning off, because you couldn't run the toaster and espresso machine at the same time. The burner in the main kitchen was impossible to start, we ended up cooking in the other kitchen. Some light bulbs were burn out as well. But it didn't keep us from enjoying our stay.

This was a great layout for our family of 7. There were three bedrooms with full size beds and a good amount of closet space, plus two sofa beds. There were fans for each room. There were three showers and two toilets, plus two kitchens, two fridges (one bigger than the other, and two washers. They had plenty of toilet paper for our 5 nights. It was an amazing location. Super close to two metro stations and bus stops. There were two grocery stores close by and plenty of bakeries and restaurants and fun places to shop! It felt extremely safe. It was about 15-20 min to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Champs-Elysee, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle. I would highly recommend and hope to come back and stay!

Central to everything serving as home base to launch our daily excursion to Paris attractions! It was so convenient to have many cafes, markets and shopping area nearby. Spacious apartments with plenty of sleep room for our family of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Kitchen has plenty of space for a quick breakfast with foods from stores nearby before we started our days. Having 2 laundry washers and a dishwasher was great for our big group so we didn’t have to lug too much stuffs with us on the trip. The only thing that could be better is the provision of shampoos and body wash gels, hand soaps. Also showers had great water pressure but no shower doors so water easily sprayed out to the floor.

There were fans for every room and the kitchen was stocked with essential tools. We loved staying at this apartment. It actually looks like it was once 2 apartments but now it is one apartment with 2 wings. It was very quiet and so close to many things in Paris.

The property was good. It had a few maintenance items that needed tending to such as a slow shower drain, the handle of the other shower not working property and a fan not working at all. Other than these minor things it is located in a great location. I did mention these items to property owner and they replied they were going to get fixed. We did however have a few communication problems with the management company in regards to getting email correspondence to us on a timely manner. But once that was resolved the onsite manager was very helpful and attentive. Overall it was a good stay just be mindful to be on top of communication with property management before your arrival so they can advise on all their requirements prior to your stay.

The house was amazing! It had all the amenities a home should have and felt very spacious. There was plenty of toilet paper and towels for us to use. There were a couple very hot days and I appreciated the amount of fans that were available in each room! The beds were very comfortable! The home was in close proximity to metro, taxi, and bus stations! Markets and restaurants also within walking distance. The home felt very secure. The gated entryway away from the Main Street, and locked lobby added a level of comfort. During our stay we had questions about the laundry machine and it was answered very quickly. The check in and out process was fantastic. The step by step directions were very clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again!

This is two apartments combined into one. The first has a kitchen, living/dining area with little natural light, toilet room, shower room and sunny double bed bedroom. The second has kitchen with dining table, sunny living room, two double bed bedrooms, toilet room and two shower rooms. Both living rooms seem to have pull out sofas ( not a need for us we were 3 friends) and there are smart TVs in each. This is a great location and the home is just as depicted. Mini toiletries provided. We had an issue one time when we entered the access code wrongly enough times to be shut out and called and spoke with the host immediately; they reset the code remotely. There is a pharmacy on the ground floor. Wine store across the street. Cheesemonger next block also good cafe. Other shops too. Construction on adjacent building did not trouble us. This is a lovely place. You can have confidence.

Spacious apartment in lovely 7th arr neighborhood, with unique and fun decor, close to metro and nice bakeries, cheese shops and restaurants. Ideal for extended family getaway--there are 2 connected apartments with 2 separate kitchens (we were 4 people and it felt big). Fans available (and needed) in the apartment with more windows during summer. There is a washer but no dryer as common in Europe. Responsive management. Recommend highly especially for a situation were you are traveling with another family or relatives!

This was the perfect spot for my family. We had my parents, brother, wife, and two year old son and we all fit with room to spare. The three bathrooms were very nice since nobody every had to wait to use one. The showers aren’t really graded so the bathrooms would get rather wet, but that was really the only slight critique. The location was also ideal—near to sights and great restaurants.
