La ubicación. Muy cerca del metro y del Arco del Triunfo y la Torre Eiffel. Se podía ir caminando a ambos sitios.
Las sábanas estaban un poco sucias y el colchón del sofá cama muy sucio, con unas manchas que daban un poco de grima. No había muchos utensilios de cocina (tenedores, por ejemplo, había 3 y no había tijeras). No había gel de ducha (solo jabón de manos). El día que llegamos avisé con tiempo de la hora a la que llegábamos y aún así tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos en la calle a que terminaran de limpiar. Nos cobraron 50€ por dejar las maletas el día de la salida hasta la hora en la que nos íbamos al aeropuerto.

Localização, limpeza e utensílios domésticos.
Banho com restrição de água quente. O primeiro dia de banho a água foi esquentada no fogão. Após a reclamação no dia seguinte após muitas explicações e ainda com alguns questionamentos que estávamos em uma família de 5 pessoas (sendo que o apartamento aceitou essa quantidade) o problema foi parcialmente resolvido pois o banho tinha que ser muito rápido para não acabar o aquecimento.
