Fabulous stay
Great location, walking distance to the racecourse, castle and town centre. Room for 3 cars on the drive. Great size property for 6 adults to stay comfortably. Quiet location, we had a lovely stay would highly recommend. Great communication from the host also.

Great location and with a little care and attention to detail could be worth the price.
Location is good. Plenty of space. Clean and tidy. Kids games
Not toddler friendly, wobbly glass coffee table and dining table benches. No child gate. Wine bottle ornaments at ground level. 9 scented defusers had to be removed as the smell was overpowering and triggered allergy reactions in two of our group. One saucepan had been with a thick layer of burn on milk all over the bottom.

Superb
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and an easy 15 minute walk I to Warwick to the castle. It is also very close - 5 minute walk if that to the racecourse which we passed on our way into Warwick. They had provided dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea coffee etc which is always good especially as we were only staying one night.
