The house was great we had our 5 grand kids and very good price .Great for Warwick,Stratford great base. Clean with everything you need to cook at home.
There was rubbish piling over outside ,then nowhere to put any more.
Would not put me off staying again but needs something doing about it

The property is well situated with plenty of beds and comfortable seating. The laundry machine was new and efficient.
The bathroom needed some tlc and there were ants in the kitchen that would take advantage of anything left in the countertops.

A forecourt for the car, would be a huge bonus, instead of a grass lawn in front of the house and having to park on pavement/road, with a bus stop opposite.
Front step quite steep, for older guests with hip problems, but is manageable.

The house was spotlessly clean, with well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space in the living room/dining area.
The beds were really comfortable, with all the beds made up - also plenty towels!
Genuinely nothing, the house was lovely, the hosts helpful and quick to answer any queries.
