Exactly what we needed. A comfy place to lay your head

Great place to stay for the weekend with all you need for your visit

The location was very convenient for the station and the centre. The property was clean and spacious and had all the amenities you would want for a weekend stay. Great communications from the host.

Although the apartment was lovely and very clean , with everything that we needed, The yard could have had a good sweep and some outside furniture. we had a lovely stay and the host was really lovely.

not a value for money, I won't recommend this property

Both Sofa-Bed and Bed in room is aged not at all comfortable to sleep, internet is hardly 25Mbps, the property is not warm either being in ground floor, host could have added some carpets in hallway, leaving area and kitchen to improve tenants experience.

It was "okay".

The location was good and the lounge and bedroom were spacious.

The space around the house was messy. The yard at the back has not been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom fan was noisy and ran too long which was annoying when going to bed. There is little natural light and the apartment is dark. The internet was slow. The TV remote controls were not easy to use and the buttons operated intermittently. We had to wait until the arrival day for the key code which was unsettling and prevented us leaving home until it was received. The parking is shared with the property next door and is limited. As others have mentioned the amount of noise coming from upstairs was surprising.

So-so place

The free parking and location of the place.

At first glace the place looked nice but upon closer inspection me and my discovered that this was not be the case. The place was dusty with cobwebs in fews of the rooms, making it difficult for my asthma. My wife found a hair and dust in the wardrobe and opting not to use it. There wasn't any instrucion for how to work the shower. The hot water tap in the bathroom was also murky. We both found the bed and pillow to be uncomfortable. My wife found the place to be cold in the evening. We were also greeted with loud music from the neighbour upstairs in the morning.

Great Location. Great apartment. Great Host.

The location was great. Only a short walk to the Colwyn Bay promenade and close to many shops and places to eat. The apartment was really spacious and had everything we needed. It was actually mine and my wife's first trip with our newborn and Joel the host people provided a cot no problem. Joel was a great host and provided loads of information on the area and kept me updated with all the information on how to access the apartment and usag of the amenities.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment. Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking on site. Contactless check in and check out. Great communication from the host and very informative.

Ok for the time spent there

Clean and nice and large rooms.

Couldn’t get the TV to work BBC1 ITV etc The apartment above VERY noisy could hear people walking about also always noisy around early hours of the morning

Great for a short break

Clean and comfortable. Good location. Parking space for 3 large cars. TV with Netflix. Nice shower. Spacious bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Fridge freezer with plenty of space. Instant coffee and tea there. Nice place.

Minor points that may effect some people. I'm tall and couldn't fit comfortably in the bed as there was a ridge at the end. If you're taller than 6' 2" may be an issue. Taps in bath are very sensitive and go red hot. Be aware if children are there. Internet is super slow. We got between 4mbps to 27mbps.

Smart and clean but couple of things …

Good size, nicely furnished and clean. Very handy for Colwyn bay, and off street parking. It’s a nice place but…

We were disturbed by a lot of noise from the floor above in the early hours and late at night. The front room needs curtains or black out blinds - it is very bright despite the vertical blinds being drawn - but thyme only offer privacy. 10am check-out is early. I don’t know if any hotel where this is before 11am and many now offer 12 noon and a 3pm checkin.

OK but it needs to be better equip for self-catering.

Nice spacious property with great shower.

The kitchen was sadly lacking for self-catering. No wok or non-stick frying pans, strainer, cheese grater, etc. Although the front room has a sofa bed there are no curtains or black-out blinds, which makes it difficult to sleep after sunrise. There’s a patio out the back which is blocked off and could be put to better use.

Large apartment, very comfy and modern Absolutely everything you need Bath and shower, huge bed, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, tea and coffee, in great location, good fish and chips opposite, car park on site, key in lock box
