Spacious Coastal Apartment with Garden Pet Friendly

I hadn’t received the information sbout the keypad and the way to access the property around the back of the building until I phoned the host on arrival ! Could have been very difficult if he hadn’t been able to answer my phone calll

The host did then send all the details immediately so not sure why I hadn’t received them previous to my arrival

Easy check in, location was perfect too.

Everything was good.

The location was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was bright and surpisingly cool in the hot weather we had. We loved the living room, opening out to the garden space. It was perfect for our little elderly dog. We couldn't fault it and wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

The property is in a great location which was near shops, restaurants and a great gym! The sofa was comfy and the TV etc was great. Main bedroom is spacious and comfortable. Great value for money despite some of the issues we found.

The cleanliness in the property upon closer inspection is really not upto scratch. At surface level it appears clean but when you really look, we found walls the the bedroom covered in dust and cobwebs, cobwebs on the ceilings and dirty cutlery and plates etc. There was also food on the floor in the living room just under the sofa. The bathroom is very tight and isn't finished particularly well so we found it very cold as there are holes in the skirting etc where a draught gets in. The main bedroom would benefit from blackout curtains as there are just blinds currently which let loads of light in and made sleeping after 7am difficult! Main issue was the quality of sleep, despite the comfy bed! The flat is in the basement and is horrendously noisy unfortunately! We heard all our neighbours conversations, children running around, the intercom buzzing... I messaged the host when I realised they might be able to help but unfortunately that was the last night or 2 of our stay before I knew.
