Rude Host. Don't waste your money!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Nothing to enjoy. Worst stay ever. The host is incredibly rude as well. It looks good in the pictures but dont be fooled like I was

Host has some very strange control over the hot water with graffiti all over the boiler insisting also you only turn it on when you want a bath and off when finished. She has the heating locked on low so you can't change it and it is on auto. It was freezing. The main bedroom is large but small radiator and it is freezing. The comments as seen in other reviews about the noise from above flat is worse than I ever imagined. Constant footsteps and banging. It drives you crazy I realise they say no parking but it's so hard to get to and unload. It is buried between many other flats and very hard to locate. IMPORTANT. This is NOT suitable for more than 2 Adults and 2 young children. It accepts up to 4 adults. But the bunks are kids beds. Really small bathroom. Lose tiles on floor. Toilet seat broken. Table top in living room broken. Then to top all of this off they wanted to access the apartment with a surveyor when i was going out with all my belongings in the place. Then!! She arranges for a guy to come around at 8am in the morning with 2 chainsaws to cut down trees in the garden! This went on for 2 hours. She never notified me at all. I have since complained to them but had no reply. So requested refund and all of a sudden replies non stop. All rude. Justifying actions. I can't express enough. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT WILL BE YOUR LOSS. Worst host and stay that I have ever had.

Great location, well equipped and a parking space would benefit the property

The location. The size of the lounge and bedroom. Kitchen was very well equipped. The enclosed outside space for your pets, even though it was a bit tatty.

Bathroom very small and needs some work. Hopefully when the front entrance is completed it might be included in the work. Parking a bit of a faff. (You are made aware that there’s no parking at the property) Lots of restrictions around Rhos. Again, once the front entrance is done a designated space would elevate this property to a 9 or 10 out of 10. The black bedding.

Perfect for a few nights by the coast!

The bed and sofa were super comfy, kitchen was fully equipped, even had an air fryer! We loved how the tv came with Netflix, bbc Iplayer etc… The whole apartment was spacious enough for our family of 3 and a dog

Cleanliness, the floor was dirty, bath plug full of hair, many dog hairs everywhere even on clean bedding (our dog doesn’t shed hair so not from us) the list could go on, whoever cleans the place needs to be replaced! A high chair in the place would be a bonus The courtyard and furniture needed some love

Lovely apartment in great location

The location was amazing. As for the property itself, it was lovely. Had everything you need. Firestick was a bonus. Loved the media wall.

Didn’t like the black bedding but that’s personal preference.

Really convenient location very close to the sea front and near the nicest shops, cafes and bars. Impressive, well furnished modern flat.

The entrance past bins and stuff isn't great - the hosts say they're creating a front entrance which would be great.

Location was great, unfortunately it isn't reaching its full potential.

The location of the apartment was great with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops.

We struggled to find parking and had to park a few streets away. There was only 3 large plates and forks but we are a family of 4. The people in the flat above were extremely noisy, we was woke up at 7am by what sounded like the adults stomping backwards and forwards for over an hour. No key was left by accident then the wrong key was left so we had to use an emergency key to lock up for the night after speaking to the host.

Will definitely be back!

Have fallen in love with Rhos on Sea. The Beach House is a perfect little spot, and has plenty of room. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! Perfect location for beach, shops, places to eat.

Downside was that you had to go down a small alley to access property (which was identified when booking) and the ground at the back of the property is a little untidy (could be such a lovely area) and ground was a little uneven.

Loved it

Location is excellent. Ont the beach front with all the shops and cafes/restaurants on the doorstep. The apartment is really nice. Plenty of space. The main bedroom is huge and the smaller bedroom perfect with bunk beds for kids. The lounge has a a comfy sofa with a big tv. Kitchen with a dining table. All decorated tastefully. Nice private garden outside too. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t really like the alley we had to go down to get to the property but we was aware of it before we came so expected it. I know there is no other way in though . Didn’t know it was in the basement of the building , I assumed we’d have a view but it was quite dark .

Pity about the neighbours

[+] On paper, this is a great little place for the price paid. Ideal location, decent quality clean accommodation with everything you need for a quick and simple short stay. The living room is comfortable, the beds seemed clean and comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were more than adequate. [-] Unfortunately, you're at the mercy of the behaviour of the people in the apartment above. The low and loud creaky floor/ceiling between the two apartments means you can hear everything that's going on above. It's a complete roll of the dice as to whether the people above you are decent and have some respect for those underneath them. Unfortunately in our case they (and their whimpering and barking dog) did not. They kept me and my kids awake until the small hours. If a quiet evening and a good night's sleep are a priority for you, it may be wise to look elsewhere. [note] I did let the owners know what was happening, but short of messaging the guests above us, they agreed there was little they could do. Disappointing.

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful property. Right on the sea front and middle of shopping centre. Perfect location. The property is really spacious,lovely back garden,living room is really cosy at night and the bedroom is gorgeous,the bed is sooo comfy. The owner made sure every detail was covered and was available for any problems (which there weren't) Bathroom is a lovely,nice, powerful shower.

The property was clean, and the kitchen well stocked with utensils, plates and glasses etc.

The only downside is the parking, as there is no immediate parking outside had to make several trips.

Once we overcame the minor inconveniences, we quite enjoyed our stay.

Once inside the property was warm and welcoming. Nice little kitchen and huge master bedroom. Adequate lounge with big TV and free Netflix. Nice big leather sofa. Nearness to the beach. Nice pictures of beach scenes and other nautical decor.

Nowhere to park and unload. Entrance was through an alley full of massive bins. The “yard” was shabby and not very welcoming. The master bed was comfortable in itself but the synthetic bed linen was tired and brought my wife up in a rash. The plastic? mattress protector was uncomfortable and the fitted sheet did not fit. The duvet was not very good quality and too warm. The bathroom was functional but a few things needed attention: toilet seat didn’t fit and moved; tiling was a bit hit and miss. Back door foyer lights not working. Washing machine drawer was grubby and off-putting (my wife gave it a good clean). Lack of a welcome pack and absolutely bare minimum cutlery and crockery. Cooker extractor broken. No instructions at all regarding any electrical appliances including the shower, water boiler, heating, cooker.

Chambre avec 2 lits superposés beaucoup trop petits et trop près du plancher. Heureusement il y avait un lit de camp et mes 2 belles sœurs ont pu dormir dans le salon - une sur le lit de camp et l’autre sur le canapé. Entrée sale avec les poubelles des voisins.
