Superb location, convenient for local visiting, all new finish, extremely clean, great communication

Adequate for a very short stay - to use as a base.

No guaranteed parking. Cutlery was unhygienic and old. Mattress was appalling and bed covers were synthetic. All could do with a good wash. No dishwasher. Overall finish not to high spec. Holes in floor under carpets and loose floorboards.

Superb apartment in a great location

Very clean & comfortable. Excellent location.

Fridge wasn't working & had defrosted leaving the floor wet. The plug socket had been damaged by a picture falling off the wall & it had gone unnoticed by whoever had prepared the apartment for us. I was able to replug it in though even though the socket fascia was smashed. The owner was very apologetic when I contacted him. It was impossible to get hot water in the bathroom washbasin. In the bedroom we stayed in, the bedside lights did not work. Although it did not bother us, the apartment sleeps four but there is comfortable seating for only three to watch television. These are minor points & the apartment is beautifully fitted out & is in a super location. I would recommend it.

The most beautiful location.

The most beautiful location. Easy access and layout of apartment works well. Tv was great. To sit and watch the sea and people walk by whilst eating was very nice. Shower was great. There was shower gel, shampoo & conditioner.

Lacked the essentials, so take salt, pepper, kitchen roll, cloth to clean surfaces. If 4 adults would be difficult to sit on sofa. Towels very small if you are on the larger side, no hand towel for kitchen or bathroom.

Rhos on sea, stunning Seaview apartment ground floor

The location and the view. An extra TV in main bedroom which was nice. The size of the apartment is amazing value for money. Very good, quick communication with owner. Nice comfy recliner sofa in lounge.

No hot water in bathroom sink. The main bedroom there was no bedside tables. Only 2 towels provided which were too small and no hand towel.

2 seater table to small . Chairs very poor no good for 3 people. Microwave dangerous to high and door opened the wrong way. Not enough spoons. No bedside unit or shelf or bed side light in first bedroom . Need t v in second bedroom . No ordinary t v channels on t v .
