Despite the things mentioned, we had a lovely stay and would recommend.

Location, easy parking, comfy sofa, comfy beds. Everything you could possibly need

Cold upon arrival. Wet, cold February afternoon, walked into the apartment, 9 degrees!! We’d advised in advance what time we would be arriving so would’ve been much more pleasant having the heating on, it was needed. Very small fridge Strong smell of canabis from room below

Comfortable and clean holiday apartment

Lovely welcoming holiday property.

Only concern was the front door requiring a key to lock from the inside, which in the event of fire could be dangerous, particularly with children in the property, we left it mostly unlocked for safety.

Location and comfort. Everything you need for a little, relaxing break. A stone’s throw from the beach and next to so many lovely coffee shops all selling wonderful coffee and cake ( and many other things ). Just perfect

Great location, comfortable apartment.

Proximity to sea front and shops and restaurants. There was a harbour view. Overall the apartment was comfortable, heating worked well. Good WiFi.

The main double bed mattress is losing its firmness at both edges. The downstairs neighbours woke us up every night and in the morning, slamming doors.

The towels were extremely dry and small. There was no tea towel in the kitchen. The shower was cold until we worked out if you turn the dial to cold, it is actually hot.

Great location, comfortable double bed, easy parking at the front. Dog friendly and the welcome gifts- wine, biscuits, free toiletries, tea and coffee. The owner was quick to reply to messages.

Excellent location, exceptionally clean, lots of extras in, lovely biscuits and Prosecco, tea, coffee, juice, and even milk which was very good, lots of sauces, condiments and toiletries.

The only small niggle was weeds and leaves all around the front of the property .

The one toilet for our group was a bottle neck, but not much can be done about that. Maybe having 2 keys in lock box would aid with people coming and going at different times and allow the door to be locked

A beautiful home from home, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Literally a couple of mins walk from the sea front.

It’s was in a great location . The size of the apartment was great. It was clean and tidy and the hosts had left us milk in the fridge which was a lovely touch and a bottle of Prosecco and waffles for our arrival.

Family birthday holiday

The property was okay. Nice and clean with some good artwork on the walls.

The garden was basically a rubbish tip not nice to look out on. I was expecting a harbour view as per the name of the property but you couldn't see the harbour and their was no view. There was no mirror in the twin bedroom so I had to keep borrowing my sister's bedroom mirror and no hand towel in the bathroom, which I think is basic requirements. I certainly wouldn't want to go back.

All year round, super apartment!

Home from home! Super spacious apartment, comfy beds, great heating system for cold periods and so close to the beach and shops. Friendly and helpful hosts made special with the welcome gifts of bubbly and chocolate.

Really would find a nest of tables or a coffee table very useful in the lounge. In master bedroom, wardrobe space taken up with a travel cot and single foldaway bed but we still had a second wardrobe which was more than adequate.

Absolutely lovely family stay

It felt like home, little cute things that where left for us milk in the fridge, Prosecco and sweets for the kids on arrival just really lovely

1 thing, which wasn’t an issue but black blinds in the bedrooms would be good, as the children where on holiday going to bed a bit later they where waking up earlier because of the natural light so would maybe have them black out for children

An exceptional apartment with views of the sea. Comfortable, warm and welcoming

Code was provided in good time for us to be able to access the property in time for check in. Very clear instructions given both via email and in the information book at the property. Parking available outside. The property was exceptionally clean, it was set up for the six of us and there was a good range of complimentary items, eg. toiletries, bottle of fizz and biscuits which were very welcomed. The facilities were excellent with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Temperature was just right, plenty of hot water and even sky glass and decent wifi. The host really does seem to have thought of everything. We travel regularly and this property totally exceeded our expectations for the price that we paid. The host has put a lot of effort into making this a welcoming and fully functional place to stay. If you have the chance to stay here, I would definitely recommend. There were 6 of us adults attending a wedding and we were relieved to find such a great place to both get ready and to relax in on our return. Lots of room to chill. Thank you so much

Very good

Spacious and a home like feel with tea, coffee and other supplies you may need to cook readily available. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked compared to other places we have been. Great value for money and a great middle ground to travel to either side of Colwyn bay.

The advert said sleeps 6, we didn't find the inflatable double in the lounge but found a fold out single camp bed. The information may have been old on the advert and may just need updating. We had 4 people with us and when we were using the dining table and lounge felt it would be quite tight with 6.
