Lovely valentine weekend

The location of the apartment is brilliant straight over from the beach near to pubs and restaurants. We spent valentines here. The property is so spacious, modern and clean. The host had left items such as shampoo and washing up liquid coffee tea etc home from Home. The dog was happy as he had his very own garden to play in as it was all secure. Already rebooked for summer for husband birthday.

This is not a negative but more for info for future bookings. There is no parking facility but you can park free across the road from 4 pm while 10 am then you have to buy a ticket. But if you go one street back there is free secure parking which we took advantage of as the night before you leave fetch it across road after 4 ready to load up for morning

Great location, clean and comfortable

Really spacious and clean, garden also really well kept. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and the location was perfect.

The dog flap in the bedroom banged all night in the wind which kept us awake and the radiator in the bathroom didn’t work so it was quite cold when using the toilet and shower. These were minor issues which can no doubt be sorted, overall our stay was really lovely and we would return.

Really good clean accommodation in perfect l;ocation

Great location. Only downside is steps down to basement property are a bit steep and maybe a little difficult for the elderly. However overall would definitely recommend and hope to return again in future.

Lean, comfortable apartment in a perfect location.

Gorgeous apartment in perfect location on the sea front. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Walked to penrhyn and saw seals, drove to Conway (10mins) and explored the town and went on a ghost tour. Love this part of the country and this apartment mad our stay perfect. Thank you!

The perfect little break

The basement flat we stayed in was perfect it was warm and cosy and the beds and bedding were so comfortable. The place was so clean and modern, with everything you needed. Ryan was very helpful with all my questions before we got there. Because we had no parking I was worried we wouldn't get close by, but it was not a problem at all there was safe, free parking less than 2 minutes away. The garden is great for our Kaya( our dog) and i loved the fact you could get into the garden from the main bedroom.Would recommend this place 100 per cent and we will definitely be back. I am already looking at dates. Thank you for a great stay.

Just perfect 👌

I can honestly say this has been the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Absolutely stunning modern apartment with a large fully enclosed garden. It is situated about 15ft and you are on the beach, perfect! Ryan was a fantastic host with great communication and made sure we was happy with everything. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and we will definitely be returning, missing it already. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday!

Fabulous holiday apartment

The location is perfect. The apartment is beautiful and really well thought out for holidaying. We stayed in the basement apartment with the garden and just couldn't fault it.

The steps down to the apartment are a little steep and narrow for suitcases and because of parking for others at the front of the property it can be a little tricky if there are big cars like a land rover but honestly that's just nit picking we would definitely book again

Tastefully decorated cosy apartment. Home to home. Perfect for our 2 dogs, as well. Everything was included in this stay. I even found a hairdryer and iron to use. Beach opposite apartment, with local shops and restaurants. Just perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Rhos on Sea! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, warm, and very comfortable – especially the bed! The owner was very helpful and nice, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Apartment was clean and cosy

Only thing I would suggest is maybe a 2 seater settee as they’re wasn’t enough seating and a lamp in the room so you didn’t need the ceiling lights on. Maybe lamps in the bedrooms too.

Lovely little place for a short seaside break.

Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen. Shingle laid garden to rear. Two bedrooms. Very comfortable and host was very accommodating and communicative. Perfect for access to the seafront to exercise the dog and child. Couldn't fault it for a short break away. Rhōs-on-sea is a lovely little place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of somewhere like Llandudno (even though we stayed in late November when it was quiet).

Nothing. Just little observations. Would be useful if there were coat hooks to hang coats. Didn't stay to watch TV, but would say it was a little overkill in the room when my toddler needed distracting for 15 minutes. Lit the room up like a Xmas tree even at the lowest brightness setting!
