Really lovely stay, would definitely stay again thankyou!

Really nice apartment. Wonderful location with amazing views from the living room. Well equipped with everything you would need for a short or a long stay.

It didn’t really bother us but I wouldn’t recommend staying here if others noise bothers you. As you are ground floor you can hear everyone else’s coming and goings and opening and closing of the front door.

Lovely apartment offering great value for money

Superb location, spacious accommodation, and very well priced. It was great to have a decent-sized TV and access to apps like Netflix. The apartment was nice and clean. I travelled solo but there was plenty of space on the sofa for a number of guests to be seated comfortably.

The key box is difficult to use, especially in the dark. It took several attempts at inputting the correct code before I could get the box to open. The fridge is a bit dodgy - I arrived in the evening and put some oat milk and a shop-bought sandwich in there. By morning they had both frozen! By contrast, it was a struggle getting the water to heat up sufficiently to wash dishes, etc. I followed the guidance given but several hours later, the water was still only lukewarm. It also ran out very quickly - not enough for even a very shallow bath the next morning. Lots of neighbour noise from the other apartments in the building.

A good sea view from the lounge

The view from the property was nice. The lounge area was spacious.

The décor of the apartment appeared quite tired. Although the tiling and flooring seemed recently updated, the overall presentation felt tired. The bed was unusually low, the mattress was too small for the frame, and the quality was poor. The wardrobes were scruffy and not particularly clean. There was no bedside table on one side of the bed and a noticeable lack of plug sockets. The socket near the door was positioned too low to use with a hairdryer or straighteners. In the kitchen, the hot water tap only produced a trickle, making it quicker to boil water in the kettle. Some of the cutlery was not properly cleaned. Only two small towels were provided and no hand towels, so we had to purchase our own. On arrival, the lounge felt quite cool. The listing had shown a photo of what looked like a lovely fire, but in reality, it was only a plastic ornamental feature. There was also no light in the hallway, and the apartment was quite noisy, particularly from people using the stairs. Finally, I was disappointed to receive a message from the owner at 7:40 a.m. on our first morning, reiterating check-out instructions and bin disposal details. This felt unnecessary and poorly timed.

Location and size of the property

Bathroom door didnt close. Shower was a nightmare to get to the correct temperature. Place seemed tired and needed some upgrading. Towels were not bath sized. The worse thing was the chemical air fresherener smell which was totally overpowering throughout the apartment. We had to open windows wide but still couldnt get rid of it. Bed setee had a sheet on it with stains on when we opened it which must have been missed. Looking from the front was not the kerb appeal we expected mostly due to the neighbours property

Location was great

1. There should be a grab rail for getting in and out of the bath/shower. Having written a lot of risk assessments I highly recommend this is implemented. 2. The bed frame was too big for the room, this made getting by the end of the bed very difficult. The mattress was also poor quality foam and the fitted sheet kept coming off as it was barely big enough. 3. There was no bedside table on the left side of the bed. 4. A good bread knife would be welcome addition to what was otherwise a well equipped kitchen. 5. The cushions on the leather sofa keep slipping off the base. Perhaps better surface beneath them would help. 6. The multi coloured lights behind the tv kept turning on by themselves for some reason. 7. A small round table with chairs in the bay window for eating, rather than the sideboard which serves little purpose, would be nice. 8. I would say that the objects d’art were excellent and general decor good. A lot of effort was obviously put into this. On the other hand the door to the bathroom was sticking, the rail in the wardrobe was a piece of copper piping which gave a rather botched feel. The rugs in the bedroom meant you couldn’t open the cupboards without them ruching up. 9. The immersion heater was ineffective or at least the feed to the kitchen inadequate. The tap on the kitchen basin was probably the worst tap I have ever come across and not suitable for a kitchen. Please pass this feedback to the owner.

Property location is perfect, couldn't be any better. You can see the beach and sea from the living room window. Everything you need is provided and is within walking distance of cafes, pubs and some lovely shops.

3 Stars – Lovely view but let down by cleanliness and basics The apartment is bright, spacious, and beautifully located with a great view of the harbour. The bed was surprisingly comfy, and it’s a pleasant space overall. However, a few things let it down: unclean dishes, grimy rugs, an uncomfortable sofa, and poor kitchen supplies (dirty dishcloths, no oven glove, no kids’ cups). Some basic maintenance is needed too—defrosting the freezer, sorting the light shining into the bedroom, and improving water pressure. It feels like a good property let down by cleaning standards and a few overlooked details. Would return solo, but not with a child unless improvements are made. Has real potential to be a great stay.

Property has clearly seen better days, (inside and out)apart from the lounge , everything else is well used ,bed is so low and uncomfortable , hot water in kitchen is nonexistent,(used kettle to boil water)cooker instructions are vague, couldn’t get it to work (gave up) plug socket in kitchen loose Trying to get terrestrial tv was a nightmare,too complicated.took me three days to figure it out.

A comfortable and lovely place to rest your head

The property was as described and as per pictures. We all slept comfortably and peacefully. Everything worked as expected and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was great.

Key lock box was worn and fiddly to use ( the owner really needs to replace them with new units). It would have been nice if we could have used the parking at the property, rather than on-street parking - just a minor inconvenience. We appreciate that this is the nature of the building, but we could hear the people upstairs walking around in the early hours of the morning. The light strips in the lounge had a mind of their own and would switch on randomly.

Close to the bay and local shops and pubs, property was clean.

Water pressure was poor in the kitchen for washing up, beds uncomfortable and linen cheep , couldn’t get TV to work and the LED lights around the TV kept lighting up all night so had to unplug . Key lock needs fixing.

A little bit of luxury.....

Facing the beach, walking distance to a lovely dog/family friendly pub. Short drive to llandudno and rhyl. Apartment was very spacious, bed was super comfy. Loved having a bath. Excellent selection of things to watch on tv in the evenings. WiFi was strong. Apartment was lovely and warm throughout stay. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Can honestly say I will be back again.

Not the owners fault, but the accommodation next to our building had a bar in it and the music was loud till around 11pm.

Beautiful location and apartment and well equipped. We paid for three nights and sadly could only stay one. The people in the apartment below were aggressive and banging on their ceiling anytime we moved. We felt really unsettled so packed up and went home.
