Lovely interior: spacious, Light, high ceilings, lots of kitchen equipment, laundry machine, comfy bed, sea views through bay window, location near food shops, hair salons, clothes shops, bus transport to Llanddno, Conwy, Colwyn Bay, huge sandy beaches, coastal walks, marionette theatre, fishing, boats, great for kids. Owner responsive when problems arose
Awkward tub to get into for elderly, no dining room table and chairs, no reading light (bought a handy book light)

lovely apartment and views from window overlooking bay breathtaking . i dont drive so bus only two mins walk away was ideal
could do with a deep clean , new toilet seat , and a fresh coat of paint ,not enough kitchen sockets
