Location and space
There were mosquitoes breeding in the downstairs bathroom so we couldn’t use it.

There was a very friendly seagull on the top floor that would tap on the window during the day (very entertaining if you are traveling with kids). The view from the windows onto the beach and ocean was fabulous. The beds were well-made and comfy. The shower was great and the living room was spacious and comfortable with a large couch. There were electrical heaters in the bedrooms that warmed up the rooms nicely. The apartment was rather quiet, without sound from the street.
The stairs leading up to the second floor were extremely steep and narrow; not ideal for those with walking difficulties. The kitchen had a lot of utensils, but they were not sufficiently clean. The toilet on the lower floor was quite wobbly when you sat on it. The restroom on the upper floor didn't have curtains or tinted glass on the window. On the upper floor, the windows only had thin blinds, meaning that as soon as the sun came up in the morning the room became bright.

Great location on the beach front with an amazing view of the bay
The property was clean but was in need of a little TLC in places, mould in kitchen, lounge, bedroom. Doors to wardrobe (using this word loosely as could not be classed as a wardrobe) were broken, big crack in hob.
